Wendy's

I come to this establishment expecting good quality food like it advertises in its commercials, it saddens me that that is not the case, my 10 piece nugget where ok but not warm and tasted a little stale, nothing wrong with the fries they where good, BUT, when it came to the baconator fries, nothing but lazy ness, makes me really really mad like how could you be so bad at your job to not make this right, I mean the meal Is easy to prepare so how could you not have the cheese melted like it’s suppose to it’s just horrible this establishment.

Worst experience ever at a Wendy's. Slow service, didn't get the Frosty that I ordered and I was told that I would have to call customer service to get a refund, and the burger was very nasty and I was unable to make myself eat it. The burger was over cooked and cold, the bun was a bit dry and stale, the lettuce was wilted, no mustard, no onion, no tomatoes, no pickles, and the excessive amount of mayo and ketchup was slopped on the top bun. The cheese slice wasn't melted. I ordered it standard with extra pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes.

I have a Southwest salad and it was very good. However the staff at this store on this night in particular was extremely, extremely pleasant. They were nice they smiled they were friendly. The whole team there must be doing a good job. Anyway that's why they got a five is because of the staff that night, not that the food was bad it was not bad it was very good but the staff outshined everything.

I ordered five 4-for-4s, a single Dave's Deluxe with fries, and chili to feed my family of 6. "OH MY GOD, ARE YOY SERIOUS?" I hear in the background. Received an attitude by the window, and "I KNOW I'm a bad person," spoken from one employee to another as they were carrying out our food. All of the burgers have ripped ingredients, finger poked buns, watered down drinks. I also received a Baconator instead of the Dave's Deluxe.

Service and food, both disgusting! No matter how chances you give this location you're almost 100% certain to have nasty old dirty grill taste in your food and old soggy fry. Never fails. Service is pitiful. They will leave you at the ordering speaker for 10 minutes and catch up on cars so they don't have poor window numbers. Corporate needs to wipe this branch out before they continue to further damage Wendy's reputation. Also I want to note that this particular store was terrible pre pandemic so thats not an excuse
