Food was amazing, my hats off to the chef👨🍳
Definitely the cook puts time and effort into the craft.
Service was sub par at best. The food makes up for the lack of service.
They also play fox news which earns a star

This was such a nice clean restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the southern omelette & loved it. Our server was super pleasant &bvery nice. Kept our coffee full & hot. I would absolutely eat there again.

Got pizza and cheese bread for the kids (actually pretty good) then I got a slim Jim, dad got a burger with a fried egg. Everything was delicious. Service was attentive and polite. An older gentleman named George (a regular it seemed) bought the kids stuffed animals 😀 it was nice

Portions were very small, scrambled eggs and hash browns, cold small. Bacon was good. Big Boys has really gone down in quality. Growing up it was always a family favorite. So sorry we won't be visiting there anymore.

First time back at this restaurant in a long time, the food has really changed. My sisters ciabatta sandwich looked great, and my Michigan salad was excellent. Bonus they have a blondie brownie dessert that is delicious. Friendly and fast server too

Ordered a Big Boy and fries. The plate that was put in front of me looked awful. Burnt bun, fries looked liked they came off of another plate. Food was cold, took two bites of that burger and all I could taste was a burnt bun and something else was not right about it. I was given another order, fries were at least hot but something was not right with that hamburger. I only ate the fries. The waitress did take it off my bill, not her fault. I will never go back again. The Big Boy sandwich WAS my favorite thing to go to Big Boy for.Big Boy's quality is not what it used to be. Probably why so many have closed. ☹️

Went there yesterday and everything was horrible! Bad service and bad food. I was so hungry for a Swiss Miss, one of my favorites. When I got it I was surprised because the patty was thick. It had absolutely no flavor and the sauce is not like it used to be. The onion rings were so, so, not delicious like when I used to go to the one in Lincoln Park. The waitress came with our food and no napkins or no silverware. She was not attentative at all. I ended up getting sick later on and so did my friend that was with me and her food was worse than mine. Burnt and cold. She ended up sending it back and had to wait only for it to not be good again. She also got sick. Maybe the health department needs to make a visit.

The food was wonderful will be going back again. The first Hostess that took my order seems very unfriendly. But the second one that came out there was a very friendly and easier to talk to. The one with the glasses needs to stay in the back away from customers.
