I came in here with family the other day. And I will say that this is kind of a tough one to review.
First off, I will say that I used to love coming here back in the 2000s. It was probably one of my top 5 restaurants to eat at honestly. But the past few times I had eaten here, the quality of their steak seemed to go down. So I was kind of holding my breath during the whole time waiting for the steak to come out.
We started off with an appetizer. We ordered one of those blooming onion things, even though they are called something else there. And it was very disappointing. It was a lot smaller than what it used to be. It was half raw too. Just terrible.
The music was kind of loud too. I told our server about it, and she did not turn it down. Whatever, I don't care. Just that I don't think a 3pm crowd really appreciates the volume high enough for a dance club.
The waitress was very friendly. She wasn't too fast but not ridiculously slow either. Being that the place wasn't too crowded though, I feel that she could have been a little faster. But she could have been busy with other things behind the scenes. I get it.
So I get my salad. It was great but very small. But that's no biggie though. They've always had pretty small portions for their salad. I will say that the silver ware was a little smeared up. I didn't find that to be too appealing.
And then my steak comes. It's smothered in onions and mushroom. And it is absolutely perfect. Medium rare, great flavor, juicy and just that old Texas Roadhouse taste that I know and love. Great quality meat also. With that said, the baked potato it came with was very weak. There was just a dab of sour cream on it. It was kind of hard too, like it hadn't been cooked long enough. I probably could have threw it at someone and injured them.
Overall, there were some letdowns of this place for sure. There weren't any peanuts either. But the terrific steak salvaged the experience and made up for most of the other flaws.

Awesome service, awesome food! I can't remember our servers name but she was top-notch. This was my first time back in yrs. I'd say, they have improved greatly.

Worst experience ever. Ordered online and had pickup at 7:11 and didn’t get food until 8:02 and they said there were sorry said don’t worry your food is still fresh and hot.. I live 2 miles away and I got home and the food was cold like it has been out for 25 min sitting on the table and the rest was like I was eating leftovers the next day out of the fridge it was so bad . I can’t believe someone would even let this food leave the building. I would have refunded and made fresh . Horrible. My kids tender I threw away because they were mush .. I just can’t believe the nasty food that left that place . I used to go here once a week and it had went down hill very fast ..

The Texas Roadhouse has some of the better steaks and BBQ Grilled chicken in the area. My wife and I took our family and their significant others for dinner. The hostess and our waitress were wonderful. Given how crowded it was, our waitress did an outstanding job of getting things right and tending to our needs. It took a while to get seated. We entered the wait-list on a Wednesday at 6pm and were called to be seated at 6:45. Not too bad considering we entered the virtual queue before we left our home via their app. Food and service is 5 stars. My compliments in particular to the army of chefs preparing these meals in the controlled chaos. 3 stars because it is very loud inside. Very. Loud. Jukebox, conversation, birthday and anniversary celebrations, etc. All in all, 4 stars. It was worth the delicious meal our entire family enjoyed. Bring the youngsters as they'll no doubt have fun.

Texas road house is on my Top 5 East Coast restaurants! By far the best steaks, mashed potato, veggies corn is the Cobbs it's all juicy not to dry it'd the best country style serving restaurant in my opinion. And the bread is amazing the best out there! If your around a Texas road house don't fight about it chose Texas roadhouse and the service is always amazing as well.
I recommend the BBQ chicken with the 12 Oz srilon steak add rice and a salad for a great price fills a man like me up !

Obviously depending on what you get its going to cost more but honestly worth. I have never had a bad experience here and the food is so good it won't disappoint. On Mondays its really worth if you have kids, a person is there to make balloon animals for the kids no cost every Monday.

My food wasn't nothing to write home about, my food was cold , i don't like mashed potatoes with the skin in them . the only thing that i liked was my side salad. For $15.00 it wasn't worth it , mother said the string beans was good, season just right, her grilled shrimp was to salty, she asked that her steak be medium well when she got it it was still pink inside she said she was going to have to take it home and cook it herself, her bbq looked to charcoal burnt on the bottom, so it looks like we wont be stopping at the Texas Roadhouse any time to soon.
