Outback & Carrabba's Express

I ordered from them on Uber eats and I must say I am a bit needy with my extra stuff but always willing to pay extra. Food was perfectly prepared and stored. They read every note I listed and I gotta say I’ve ordered from other places with special notes and even called to confirm, yet notes are never followed. I just feel that people that read notes(no matter how annoying) should be recognized for doing so. I am extremely pleased with my order and love ordering from here. Btw their shrimp scampi is to die for if you’re ok with no pasta but no worries just order a small side of Alfredo or pomodoro and you’re good to go. Great job guys and yes food is stored in germ free packaging

Too notch locations. We order from here at least once a week. We've had all sorts of different things over the lockdown. The Bloomin Burger is my fav, her fav is the kids spaghetti. We also order the steaks, (always cooled properly) and the lasagna about every 2-3 visits. Everything has always been great. The staff is always top notch also, see you guys again next week.

Honestly, I finally got my severance pay from my job due to COVID-19 and I just wanted to spend money on a good meal from one of my favorite restaurants. I've been going through a hard time financially and it has really taken a toll on my spirit and I am so glad I ordered from here. I called and they were so patient and kind to me on the phone. It was just the right positivity and just genuine kindness that I needed in these hard times. Of course the food was absolutely delicious😋 and I can't wait to order from here again. Thank you for the service and most importantly the amazing food 🙏🙏🙏

My friend and I had ordered dinner from here and found our wait to be long. The manager came out and explained that they couldn't find our order after we had paid and was so kind and offered us complimentary desserts and drinks. It turned out that we called the order in to the Riverview location (the numbers are very similar) but the manager was so nice and understanding and got us our meal quickly after our conversation. The food was phenomenal and our steaks were cooked to perfection.

I tried ordering online for delivery, but at the very last step (after putting in payment info and everything), I was told there were no more delivery times available. So disappointed. Update: I changed my rating from a 1 to a 4. After the manager saw my review, he asked that I contact him so he could try to make it up to me. I did and he sent me coupons for $10 off my next two orders. I haven't had a chance to use them yet, but I thought it was nice of him to do that. I will definitely give Outback & Carracca's Express another try.

We have only done take-away, not delivery, but solid experiences. Love the fact that, if you call in your order, you can mix-and-match Outback and Carrabba’s items. Out of four orders, only one forgotten side and one somewhat painful ordering experience (got order right, just took twice as long as it should). Will definitely use again!
