This Morning at 6 am I stopped by (went through the Drive Thru) I ordered three dozen assorted donuts and 50 assorted munchkins! I just wanted to thank the team this morning. I drive out of my way to come to this dunkin because the team is SO nice, so friendly every time I do this… which is like once a month! Thank you guys for all that you do. I am buying for my team at First Watch in Westshore and we really appreciate you guys!

Just stopped by to grab a cup of joe. I ordered and pulled up to the window to find the young man working making a fresh pot of coffee. I immediately realized the time and asked what time they closed. He replied by saying 'in 10 minutes.' (no attitude) I then asked if he had just cleaned those pots, of which he replied 'yes, but it's not a problem'. I apologize for the extra work. I was getting ready to cause him when he replied,'it's really not a problem, you're my customer and it's my job to serve you.' Sebastian is a true asset to your DD location and should be rewarded for his excellent customer service skills! I've been to many places lately that the workers would have handled that completely differently, and I've never gone back!! I will definitely return to this DD and hope to have Sebastian again!

I come out of my way to this location because my lattes are consistently prepared well.
Today I stopped by for a latte and a muffin and the manager, Yolanda made my Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte, truly a work of art! Her service with a smile turned my day around.
Highly recommend this location and truly appreciate the great service!

Jen is awesome she lights up everyone’s morning. I like everyone here too. Lately the lattes have been strong which is also awesome ❤️ I love this location it has got me through many mornings lol

Got a large drive thru order and two of the same sandwiches I ordered were made incorrectly. I called and spoke with Lexi who apologized then put us through to the manager Tyler. Tyler immediately resolved the situation and comped the meal. Everyone is also very courteous and polite whenever I go there and the food is always great quality! Doesn’t feel like fast food at all!

For the past month I have been going through their drive-through embarrassingly, 3 to 4 times a week. I am absolutely obsessed with their pumpkin and apple cider munchkins which pairs perfectly with a medium black iced coffee. It doesn't matter what's going on in my day or what I might be preoccupied with mentally, every time I go through their drive-through the most amazing girl named Anna provides service with perfection. She is always so kind and her energy brightens my day. The past few times I've gone through this week I've been greeted by another friendly face, Jacob. These two are the dynamic duo and I honestly go out of my way just to go to this Dunkin' Donuts. There is a location conveniently 2 miles down the road from my house but their munchkins are always wet and the customer service can be hit and miss.
Finally, I want to make a mention of the general store manager Tyler! He is very kind and whatever he is doing to managing his store, he is doing it right!
