Great experience today. I ordered a McRib (already a treat) and unsweet tea. The tea looked pretty light in color. Without me asking for it, the manager BREWED me a cup of tea and made it into iced tea. Fantastic service!

This McDonald's is located in the center of the Palm River community. Like all McDonald's franchises, food is basically the same.

The customer service at 78th street and palm river location is awful! Order mobile app and pay, takes them forever to walk it out to you. Several times we have to go in to get it after waiting and it's never even ready. Maybe whole evening staff needs a makeover or new management. Ridiculous the incompetence over a cheeseburger.

Edit: Manager Debra called to apologize and corrected the issue. (9/8/23).......Doesn't care about dietary restrictions. I can't have cheese in my burritos and the girl working the first window said due to an incident with a yelling customer last weekend (today being 9/2/23) they don't do that anymore. So screw me then because that's my problem.

After stopping this morning I will never visit this location again. I usually do not carry cash on me but this morning I used a 20 dollar bill to purchase my order and was given counterfeit money, when I went inside to exchange the money and let them know the bill was a fake I was told they would not exchange the counterfeit bill because they could not prove that I got it from this location. I have better things to do than to sit and fuss over a 5 dollar bill after being treated rudely and pretty much insulted I am discusted. So everyone beware that this location is handing out counterfeit money and when notified they will not assist properly. But instead insult your intelligence and pretty much put the blame on you. I will be calling corporate, this is such a mess.

Went there, ordered a bacon cheese burger medium with a Sprite ended up giving me a small fries medium drink and it was coke at that so I went home opened up my cheeseburger it had bacon on it but no beef patty called them back to see if they can do anything about it all they said they could do was give me a cheeseburger for the inconvenience I was hoping for a free meal not a freeloader whatsoever just went all the way home opened up my burger and expected everything to be correct which this isn't the first time something similar to this has happened before my next step will be to call the GM because one time is an accident 2X you're a dummy 3 times you need to get fired Point Blank

Go in order cheeseburger meal
(no pickle) boom pickle on sandwich then the guy walking around cleaning the dining areas I give him my fries because mine are too too done and he disappears. I go up with a half eaten cheeseburger & no fry (cause the guy never brought any back) to get my $4 back
