As I passed by Steak n Shake, I couldn't resist ordering their famous Chicken Fingers. I opted for a quick to-go order and was pleased with the service as my Chicken Fingers were ready in no time.
Upon receiving my order, I was delighted to find that the chicken fingers were hot and delicious. The fingers themselves were fulfilling and satisfied my craving for chicken. I absolutely loved the taste and enjoyed every bite.

The service was very friendly! Multiple employees, including the manager, checked on us while waiting for our food to let us know what was going on. The manager made a friendly conversation while we waited for our order as well. The food was hot and fresh. The fries came straight out of the fryer and were fantastic. The restaurant temperature was extremely cold, but we were just getting a togo order, so it wasn't a problem. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it!

I don't get a milkshake every night from steak 'n shake... But when I do I get them from one very special manager. Tonight the manager at steak 'n shake made me feel so very special. I didn't catch her name. Young black woman with bleach blonde hair that just look overworked but still willing to get the job done. I ordered a cookies and cream milkshake made with Oreos for the cookies and I asked for some caramel to be added to it which is my signature favorite thing to do and unfortunately she said they don't have it on the menu... And then she said we're actually out like all the way. I said no big deal pulled around for my milkshake with no caramel and she took my money and then handed me the fattest most hooked up looking Oreo cookies and cream milkshake I've ever had with caramel in it that she'd gone to the back and found! Thank you so much Miss manager. You keep making people smile and I'm going to keep on living that life. Good night

This Steak and Shake is on Bruce B. Downs in Tampa.. I had a double steak burger with cheese that was made while I watched.. There are choices of extra pickles, onions, mayo or mustard, etc... The combo came with fries freshly made and a drink.. The food was good, I enjoyed it.. Customer Service was good.. I was acknowledged as soon as I came in.. The restaurant was clean.. I will definitely go back.. Good job Steak and Shake..👍

I've never been to Steak n Shake. That's changed forever. The garlic double burger is insanely delicious! The manager made sure I felt welcome. Everything was great except the booths in the restaurant.

Had 4 great meals 2 sourdough steak burger meals. A bacon steak burger meals and double steak burger meal. Fresh food and good service even though we got there 15 minutes before closing. No one rushed us just let us eat, great place will be back.

This restaurant is all computer kiosk driven. You order before being seated and food is prepared for pickup by name on order. There's no server at all. I enjoyed my usual budget $4 combo with the famous vanilla shake. The cost fit my retirement budget. I love the new dinning room process. It took me a while to navigate the kiosk but a figured it out without assistance. The manager and staff offered assistance but I'm an independent woman.

We had an awesome waiter who was very quick and very friendly. Food took a little bit long to get but the restaurant was packed, so it was understandable why it took so long. The food itself, is always good. Steak N Shake, is one of my favorite restaurants.

Listen we like steak n shake and usually we have no problem but tonight had to be the worst myself and my family have ever had in ANY restaurant let alone this one location. We had to wait 20 minutes just to put our drink order in. 20 FLIPPING MINUTES. and then we had to wait another 10 minutes before we got up to ask about putting our order in. We were finally able to out our order in and we waited for another 40 mins before we were able to figure out what was going on with our order. They never made it. After waiting over an hour for our food we couldn't wait anymore. This was the worst experience we've ever had. Would never recommend this location ever.

The food was awesome, thank you Trey. My waitress was awesome as well. The entire rest of the experience from when we walked in the door to when we walked out of it was the worst dining experience ever!
It started raining and the ceiling was leaking in at least 3 spots right by the cook area. The place is filthy. Managment does NOT care which makes for staff that doesn't care.
I will be calling corporate, the health department and the people that do the dirty dining reports.
My suggestion... DO NOT EVER GO THERE!

It's one of our favorite places where I like to take my gdaughter for our bi-weekly GMA duty days. Seeing the same regular staff is nice, meals are brought to the tables fast! It's the PERFECT Steak & Shake for us....

It took 5 minutes to get a seat while wait staff argued whose table I sat. Then when sat they took 20 mins to come take coupon order. It took 20 minutes get MOST of my food. I reminded the Guy 3 times about bringing my coleslaw. I got the coleslaw and my bill at same time 45 mins after my order. The bill was crinkled. I only got my food because a manager came over. The manager even had to bring silverware. Worst service here so far.

Went to this restaurant not expecting much, and that's exactly what we got. Terrible server with no training and managers with no organizational skills what so ever. We will never go back to this one again.

Totally disgusted with manager and her style.
Ketchup on windows and blinds. Mustard bottles have spilled mustard dried on next to cap.
Empty tables not bussed and with at least 5 parties waiting. No hurry at all to bus any table.
Bathroom filthy. No attention to toilet paper dispenser. Looks like some one regularly leaves their buggers on it. Counters dirty and dust on everything there.
Blinds are so dirty it looks like there's mold on them.
Table bottoms haven't been cleaned and there is a layer of dirt on them. Goes with the filthy floors.
Should I go on? I could.
