Hands down best gluten free bread, and I have been doing gluten free for 30 years, tried them all. BIG slices ( you gluten free people know how hard that is to find), great texture. This one is even low carb! And the price is under 6 dollars, most GF breads are much more. And it's packed with flax, millet, rice, seeds... so it's good for you. Don't know how they do it. I have to add, I, too, have seen mold on some loaves in the past 15 years. This happens when you purchase it at somewhere like nutrition s'mart. They get the bread once weekly, so you need to know when it's delivered. Also, the mold appears to be from a fingerprint. So whoever is packing the loaves into the bags at the bakery, they should have clean gloves on. Quickest way to make bread moldy is to touch it with your fingers.

Absolutely amazed by the quality, taste and the price! The gluten free bread loaves are normal sized, not like the tiny, frozen ones you get at the grocery store for double the price. The GF bread is light, airy and so perfect (not at all dense/moist like they commonly are)! I couldn't give a higher recommendation and the staff is so helpful too :)

I bought one of their products at a Natural Health Food Store in Lake Mary and I loved it. I came n line to check on that and decided to leave a review. I was born with a lot of food intolerances and had no digestive issues eating their wraps : Millet & Flax Spinach Lavash. I certainly will be researching about all their breads and options:) VERY HAPPY
