I have placed two very large orders in the last two weeks. These young ladies are friendly, professional and made sure I had everything on time and fresh when I picked it up, even though it was an early morning pickup. They are rockstars and I recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service!

The North Tampa stores are incredible. (Busch Blvd - both - and the location close to Lettuce Lake) Friendly and knowledgeable team, clean facilities, products to standard. Have visited for years, both early and late, in season and out and never had a bad experience. It's hard to believe it's the same company as the St Petersburg stores, which are run like 2 dollar w****houses. Hope this franchise keeps up the good work!

The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because Bill was awesome. His customer service is exceptional. Unfortunately, the store didn't have all the ingredients to complete the salted caramel cold brew so I asked for a refund. The store Manger was not at the store at the moment so Bill called him. The manager refused to walk Bill through how to do a refund and asked that I come back another day. Which would typically be no issue but I don't live close and I'm not going to come back out here for $4. Bill was so understanding and offered to make me another drink WHICH WAS DELICIOUS. I think Bill may have put me on to a new drink! Thank you so much!! As for the store manager, do better.
