amazing food, great prices, attentive wait staff My fiance and I visited this bistro during a convention last year. All of the food was really fresh and flavorful. I live in Orlando, and must admit that my fiance and I have contemplated more than once about driving all the way to Tampa, JUST to eat here. My only suggestion would be to improve the signage on the building -- from the outside, it's a little awkward to identify the restaurant. The wait staff was polite and friendly upon our arrival, and quickly got us seated, and took our drink order. The bistro has a really warm, open atmosphere that I enjoyed. We ordered shumai as our appetizer. I could have just ordered multiple plates of it and been happy with just that for my meal. I ordered the veggie ramen as my entree, and my fiance had a sushi assortment. Again, delicious food, that lived up to the standard the appetizer had set. We had the vanilla ice cream and donuts, topped with chocolate sauce and powdered sugar, for dessert. They were ridiculously delicious. The donuts were served promptly after cooking, so the dough was still hot. I have craved this dessert ever since. We are hoping to visit again, this summer.

The woman says Ramen was way salty???? She does not know authentic Japanese Ramen. Maybe too used American Ramen and American Chop sui. If she does need to have non-authentic Japanese food. She should just go to Americanized, or fake Japanese food. This restaurant is for people look for authentic taste of Japanese food, more likely Japanese homy food. If you want to taste Sushi, this is not the place. If you want to eat real Japanese home food, such as ohitashi,( appetizer) snack, Udon, Ramen, Donburi, lots of side dishes, this is a place to go. (x Japanese family do not eat Sushi, Tempra, or Sukiyaki every day. maybe some folks eat Obento every day, but not so much greecy food)

I come here all the time. I've tried many items on the menu and I liked them all. I really like that this place is an actual Japanese restaurant, not a sushi restaurant with a Korean hot food menu, like most places in Tampa. :)

I love their food.. The steam clams in sake is so good. I take home the juice and use it for cooking. I love the garlic taste. I have had the garlic beef and that is good
