Very delicious! Atmosphere is loud with dance music! If your upbeat, you’ll like it!

Excellent Central American restaurant. Large variety of authentic dishes to choose from. Most everything on the menu is $10 or less. The portions are very generous. Good selection of sodas. Great experience.

The best Pupusas in Tampa, I love it.

Delicious Centro-American food. The pupusas are very good. Their service is not the best. It is only one waitress that makes the services slow. The restaurant looks clean.

So authentic and delicious. I highly recommend. Great el Salvadorian dishes!

Being a Guatemalan who knows her Central American foods very well, let me say I absolutely love this place!! I have been coming here for many, many years, I think since they've been open. The owner and the waitresses are so friendly and always remember my husband and I and pretty much always know what we are going to order lol. They are Salvadorian but have different dishes from other Central American countries ,everything is absolutely delicious, they make the BEST pupusas and Salvadorian Horchata! This is hands down one of my favorite places to go! You won't be disappointed.

The next best thing to a Salvadoran abuela making you pupusas! Only got pupusas to go, but every single one was amazing. All cooked and seasoned expertly and each one had a good amount of filling. No burnt cheese or undercooked masa — just pure perfection. Generous portions of curtido and salsa were also included and really tasty. Nothing worse than running out halfway through your pupusas, but I had more than enough. It’s tough finding good pupusas but these are the real deal. My only disappointment was with my own stomach for giving up before I ran out of food.

Is a simple restaurant but I would go there anytime no doubts before any famous restaurant around the food is very good and the place is very organized and good service too the lady's are so helpful I'll visit again anytime I be around.

Went for late breakfast. The food was amazing, the stuff were so welcoming and treated us like family even though we aren't Central American. Will definitely recommend and will go back for some yummy pupusas.

I had never had pupusas and was anxious to try them. They did not disappoint! Delicious. Went back two days later for some more. Yum!!!

The food was amazing our waitress was really good and friendly a lot of good options on the menu breakfast or dinner place is a little small ,There was only one server. The food and service was a little slow but she was very precise with her service definitely was worth the wait and will go back for sure!

The food is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! But the customer service is ....subpar. I ordered 5 Papusa Loca's. For 5 SEPARATE people. The would not separate the food!!! So now I have to figure out how to separate this in the office 😩

Great food, very authentic. A bit of a wait because it's made to order.

Still the best Pupusas I’ve ever tried. I’ve tried different places in the area as well as out of state over the past few years and they have it down the best. And they’re cole slaw for the Pupusas *chefs kiss* I always purchase extra

Pupusas are the best and most important for the Salvadorian because they are favorite food and popular for them is clean and the food in general is very good. I recommend this place for a good experience.

Love it! Hard to find food in Tampa.. I returned to Pupuseria Centroamericana earlier this week right after I got paid...I had been dreaming about having some pupusas for far too long. There was some people outside playing Spanish music outside, which certainly got me in the mood for my food. When I arrived it was about 2 or 3PM, but I personally think breakfast goes best with pupusas so I ordered their breakfast combo (~$6.00) with my pupusas.

The restaurant was reasonably busy with locals. This made me happy since this is the only place I know of in Tampa that sells pupusas and it would be a tragedy if this restaurant ever closed down. The waitress was quick to put my order in and I decided to try their El Salvadorean Horchata ($2.00), but after sampling it I think their Mexican Horchata is superior in taste.

Usually the pupusas take some time to come out because they hand make it right when you order so breakfast arrived first. The scrambled eggs came out great, they were flavorful and went perfect with refried beans, cream, and their flour tortillas. The fried plantains were also delicious and went great with everything else. The combo also includes queso fresco, a hard cheese that is commonly eaten with refried beans and sour cream.

The breakfast combo made me feel a little full, but no visit to Pupuseria Centroamericana would be complete without some pupusas ($2.00 each)! I ordered two (in the future I might order one because they are so filling!...I forget): one pupusa was made with just cheese and another one was made with refried beans and cheese mixed together.

Both pupusas were excellent! I was devouring them (even while feeling slightly full) and the cortido and salsa were both great as well. The pupusas probably only lasted a few minutes before they were gone and I was completely stuffed! The bill was only around $12 for all that food.

Another great visit to the only place in Tampa that satisfies my cravings for pupusas. I'll be back again soon!

Pupusas are a way of life in California. When you're driving down the street you can find them almost anywhere on each block. They go well with breakfast, lunch, and dinner and make the perfect late-night snack as well. Most people in Florida don't know w

Friendly folks, definite locals vibe, really interesting interior with great Central American elements, and delicious, if non-TBB-standard, desayunos.
