Definitely one of the best soft serve ice cream ever, and here on New Tampa, in our experience, they always serve a long column on top of the cone. The service is really good, but sometime, specially at night, it could get pretty busy, so be prepared for a little wait time. But that's ok, because with this heat, the ice cream is worth the way.

Is there a obscure Florida law that says you must be under 21 to work here? Just curious. Anyhow, everything went just fine on our visit. There were some minor mix-ups, but nothing of consequence. Staff was friendly, and the ice cream, as usual, was delicious. The line move pretty quick as well. Good job, Twistee Treat!

I was really surprised on how good to this Ice Cream Tacos were. We ordered thru AMENIFI and I believe GrubHub delivered. "Banging" is the word .....I love them👍👍 2 thumbs up....thank you guys great job

I am so disgustingly addicted to this place! Their ice cream is so creamy and wonderful. I love their strawberry and I just purchased quarts of strawberry ice cream and they have a great deal when you buy two and they come with two free toppings/fillings. For the second one I do strawberry and chocolate or sometimes just chocolate with brownie pieces and cheesecake pieces. There is so much more to choose from but those are both the bomb. Their fancy cones are actually hand dipped on the spot, as ordered. That’s pretty cool. Besides the calories, I could eat here every single day of my life; even just the plain strawberry! Lol I highly, highly recommend! The staff is awesome and deserve more tips! They need to put their up jar to where people can see it in the drive thru. They work hard and fast! And always pleasant with smiles!

Me and my girlfriend stopped by this twistee treat recently to get a sweet bite to eat. She got a chocolate cone and I got a chocolate and peanut butter milkshake. Milkshake was very good I asked them to to make my milkshake a bit more than that way I was able to drink a through a straw and they did it perfectly. The girlfriend said the chocolate cone was really good. The area looks really nice in the staff was very cheerful. We're definitely recommend for a quick sweet bite to eat.

Funny enough, it’s far better than all of the spots in New Tampa. I get more satisfaction eating a simple soft-serve with some Oreo dust rather than these disgusting monstrosities at Cold Stone.

This is my new favorite stop for me. The ice cream is truly incredible. The flavors are both Traditional Ice cream flavors and amazing unique tastes. A Favorite is So hard to pick. Trinity was so very helpful and kind I would definetly come back for the exceptional service alone. The ice cream is not super sweet it is sweetened just sufficiently. If your in the area this is a must.

Their soft serve is always on point. We always go through the drive through and have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and the order has never been messed up. For the amount you pay there is a decent size and once again the never had an issue with the order. Also the toppings are fresh so never had to worry. Will be back again soon.

I normally don't have too many complaints about this place. Service is a little slow but tolerable. Tonight however was horrible. I gave the guy $12 for ice cream that cost us $11.20. He took my money went and got the ice cream and never gave me my change. I had to ask for my change and he only gave me eight cents back instead of the eighty cents he owed me. Then when we got home to eat our ice cream we tasted it and ut was sugar free ice cream. That would have been fine if that's what we ordered but it wasn't. It was a serious letdown. I suggest you properly train your employees or at least get ones that can multi task well.

I used to have problems at this location all the time but after new management took over this twistee treat is running better than it ever has, they seem short staffed at times but the service is still exceptionally fast and the employees seem happier and friendlier, great job new manager!! You’re doing a fabulous job!

Amazing place and amazing service! My daughter has a severe peanut allergy and they go to great lengths to ensure her safety, they take extra precautions like switching gloves and opening new cones. This is a huge deal to a family that struggles to find safe places to eat. You never see the kind of quality in food service these days!!! Thank you so much!

I live down the road and come here maybe once a month when it's hot out.
Every time, the order is wrong.
Today, I ordered a simple chocolate twirl with cookie dough. Granted the cup was two sizes larger than I ordered, but instead of the candy mixed in, a small spoonful was poured on top.
My boyfriend's ice cream cone was served so slowly that it was half melted by the time it got to us. More ice cream ended up on the floor than in his mouth.
Last time I came by, we sat in the drive through for 20-30 minutes and there were only 4 people in front of us.
I used to work at a ice cream store for 3 years, and it seems like there was zero training here.

They knowingly sold us a banana split without a banana. And when you try to call it's not a local number and you can't get ahold off anyone. The kids working there and the "manager" don't know what they are doing. I'll be going back to get my money back. Just ridiculous.
