They always make a great cup of coffee! The staff is very kind. It's by all the offices so they can be really busy in the mornings but they are fast and efficient. Sometimes if the young man is on the speaker he will mess up the order but he's very sweet so if you reiterate what you want it will be made right :) The lovely woman in the mornings is the best, she always makes everything right! Highly recommend this Dunkin to anyone in the area!

This dunkin is amazing!! They always take great care of me. It is a very busy location but every worker in there does their absolute best to get your order to you as quick as possible! I appreciate this location for all the hard work they do!!

Love this branch! Delicious sweet, iced coffee, and fancy donuts. Friendly service, too. I take my children there once a week as a treat. They love it!

The drive-thru line was so long. It was easier to park and go in to pick up my mobile order. Coffee, donuts and the ice lemon loaf was great.

This is a hit and a miss for me. One day we went and the line was super long and we waited 15+ mins in the drive thru. Another day I walked over from a hotel and it was very fast. After our long drive thru wait we avoided the store and went to Wendy's - would have much rather have had DD.
The food was typical of a Dunkin - we always get the sausage, egg and cheese bagel. It always seems like the bagel is somewhat rubbery and that was true again on this trip.

Amazing customer service! Order taker #64785 was polite, patient and knowledgeable on the menu items. The kindness is his voice was easily identified through the speakers. The staff all smiled while working. Our food was cooked well and the coffee tasted excellent. I would definitely revisit this location on a Saturday morning before 10am. 🤩🥳

A good place to get breakfast, coffee, or a snack
This store is located on the north side of Fletcher Avenue just to the West of I-75 by about 200 yards. It is a stand-alone building with about 30 parking spaces on the east side of the restaurant. There is a drive-through if you are on the go or a lobby for the dine-in crowd. The entrance is on the East side of the building and the counter is directly in front of the door. You order at the counter and pay. When your food is ready, they will call you to pick it up. There is a lobby with a few tables and chairs but not many. There are a set of tables on the outside to the north of the restaurant and close to the main road. I believe that the majority of people coming into the store get their orders to-go. We ordered Breakfast croissants and tea. The staff was pleasant and the location was relatively clean. The prices were reasonable and the food came out relatively quickly with only two staff members working the counter and the window. The sandwiches were very good. I would visit this place again and recommend it to my fellow travelers.

I usually don't leave five stars but my experience here was simply amazing Elijah who works here made it amazing!! He simply went above and beyond. I'm very friendly care about how my order was made. And he did it all with a smile and an amazing attitude! My cappuccino blast was freaking awesome!! He knows what he is doing and does it well. When I came back to reorder he remembered what I wanted and took care of me! This location is more than worth coming out to especially when he is here!! I hope corporate and shows him a little recognition. This location / Dunkin Donuts Baskin-Robbins he's a great asset to the company and you should hold dear and value to him cuz he makes this location amazing and a great experience for any customer that comes here kudos to him and I hope to see him every time I come thank you Elijah for a little amazing experience at this location!!❤️❤️🥰🥰
