The chips,salsa and queso were good. The steak and chicken tacos(tortilla) were underwhelming. They put a lot of tomato+onions on them and the protein kinda got lost inside. I'll give the place another shot because it's close to home.

After four months from my previous repeatedly horrible experience at this location, I decided to give it another try & I am glad I did, the entire previous lunch staff was replaced with a new crew that turned this place from horrible to the best around. The service & food is excellent. The portions are well over the standard I get at any other T-Flats. Thank you for the outstanding food & service, I am so pleased to see you finally got the perfect lunch crew.

The food was great. I had a beef burrito and cookie dough flautas, and they were delicious.
The only issue I had was with service at this location.
I ordered for curbside but eventually went in after 5 minutes or so and found no one up front.
Took 5 minutes for someone to come up from the back, and they pointed out the food was sitting on a shelf. Lovely.

Tijuana Flats is a casual California Mexican Restaurant with a laid back hippie zombie vibe in Westchase Tampa. There is no table service here.

I really enjoy Tijuana Flats. Their food is good to great (especially in terms of value on taco Tuesday;) and their atmosphere is pleasant. I've always received excellent service and I really really love their ice! This location is smaller and somewhat scaled back with less options at their taco sauce bar. Even so, if you're looking for good tacos for a reasonable price with great service, I would highly recommend giving this or any of their locations a try.

Tijuana Flats is always perfect for good Tex-Mex. I’ve never had a bad meal there. They offerer bowls, burritos, quesadillas, and so many other options and they make it right in front of you and you get to pick what you want on it. Give Tijuana Flats a try. You won’t be sorry.

Service was good and the actual food tasted excellent. I love the wide variety of hot sauces available for us to try. Unfortunately the burrito I had was made with a tortilla with the composition of play doh with the way it fell apart so easily.

Came here on taco Tuesday yes they're busy and we expected that sat outside waiting for food for over 25 minutes food was ice cold wife didn't get no sour cream set my food back asked for Sour cream 3×3 times didn't get it but watch the waitresses bring out the dogs water three times to different dogs went and asked for sour cream got attitude from the manager when she came to bring my food which was ice cold still got attitude from the manager manager said I was more than welcome to complain and basically she didn't need my business.. I've ate here at least 100 times I'm good friends with Anthony and my daughter even worked at one time this manager really needs to find a new place because customer Service is not her forte!
