Nice place the waitress started off a little rude she did not even say hi I got a beef burger from the create your own and had American cheese with ketchup and mustard it was messy but it was pretty good along wait btw the kids meals are free and ice cream comes with it they also ran out of steak witch was pretty upsetting and it was the only steak they have on the menu

Greeted with kindness, our waitress Brittnee went above and beyond to meet our family’s needs. She told us the wings were good and she was right, they were SO good! My husband really enjoyed his steak and the kids loved their wings❤️ Happy family, very kind staff!

This is a very good Restaurant with excellent food and very reasonable prices. They are hard to find because they are located inside the Holiday Inn and there are no exterior signs. However, once you find the Restaurant you will not be disappointed.

Beyond impressed by the customer service of this business. They stayed fully operational during Hurricane Irma when clearly they did not have to. The managers and the staff all pulled in their families to help work at the restaurant to keep it open, knowing that people had little to no options of other places to get food. Obviously this business did NOT have to do this given the circumstances of the hurricane, but they stayed open the entire time and did it with nothing but positive attitudes. Loved the food, loved the people, love their story. I will always recommend people to go this restaurant and this hotel because of what they did. Great job guys! And thank you for what you did for us :)

This place we ate was part of Holiday Inn & Suites - Tampa Busch Gardens. Bfst was included in room rate, which was quite a deal. The food is good, but the service is terrible. It took over an hour each time (we visited three times - the second time we walked out when we observed the chaos and had not been acknowledged after sitting 5 minutes - our third visit it took 20 min to be aknowledged). Don't eat here before Busch Gardens if you are in a hurry to make opening.

Burger Theory. Our Theory is we suck at customer service. Actually. It is backed up by real data that we gathered in the field. Day one. 2 drinks I ordered tasted like soap. We waited for our food while watching 3 tables that sat down 15-20 minutes after us get served their food. When it did finally come my order was wrong. Day two. Sat down and ordered. 20 minutes later we still did not have our drinks. We could hear people all over the restaurant complaining about how long the kitchen was taking. Witnessed one guy asking for syrup twice and after 20 minutes he walked in the kitchen and got it himself. No manager ever came out to speak to us and apologize. Hard to complain since I had free vouchers for being a Platinum Elite IHG member, but I would rather pay for my food to be able to eat in a timely manner, which I did both days by leaving and going somewhere else. We will not be wasting our time our 3rd day here.
