We went here on a Sunday night, and it wasn’t too busy. The bacon appetizer and chips and guac were delicious. We also ordered the buffalo chicken salad, which was quite good, and the mahi mahi (seasonal item). The turkey burger was dry and nothing special, as was the steak. The whiskey smash was ok. Our servers were very nice but the food did take a while to come. A good restaurant if you need to eat something after shopping.

I visited this restaurant in October, 2023. I really enjoyed the Marinated Filet Mignon wok bowl with the Shanghai Lo Mein. The noodles were gourmet quality and the filet mignon was packed with delicious flavor. Also the mushrooms that came with the wok bowl are insanely delicious. The wok bowl comes in a generous portion and is satisfyingly filling. There are two sauce options for the bowl: the sweet and spicy or the Teriyaki. I highly recommend the Teriyaki if you do not like spicy. I originally ordered the sweet and spicy and it was too spicy for me. I generally do pretty well with spicy foods but it was a little out of my comfort zone. So I asked if they could remake it with the Teriyaki sauce and they did so without charging me extra. Doc B’s staff clearly goes out of their way to accommodate their guests. I could tell that guest satisfaction is a #1 priority here. As far as drinks go I ordered a Coopertail Free Dive which was great and an unsweetened tea. Prices on the menu are a little expensive. $20 for a burger is a little excessive. The design and vibe of the restaurant is upbeat and casual. This place overall is a great place to visit in Tampa. Overall, I would rate 4 out of 5 stars.

This was a last minute decision to stop at Doc B after shopping at the mall. It was after Eight and we were given a nice large table on the patio. We started with an off-menu BBQ Chicken quesadilla as an appetizer which was pretty good and a Motorworks Octoberfest draft beer which was excellent. For a main course my wife had a Wok Out Bowl with grilled salmon, sesame teriyaki and quinoa, she said it was good and she would have it again. I had the traditional cheeseburger with blue cheese. The burger patty was great but the bun was really bad and I couldn’t eat it. Lose a star for this. I ordered the burger with buffalo style potatoes expecting to get large French fries, but they were small round potato cakes tossed in a buffalo wings spicy hot sauce. I couldn’t take the spiciness and the waitress was very understanding and bought me a side plate of French fries instead at no extra cost, so they get the star back. I should say that service from Maria was exceptional. The bill was $84.53 for the two of us before tip.

Yahir was an amazing server! Great humor and service. I had the ribs- they are massive, so bring an appetite. The Turkey burger was not dry which is rare for turkey burgers. The cocktails were creative and excellent. My picky friends had a problem with the sugar on the rim 😂 great experience highly recommend

Food, drinks and service were great. We had a group of 8 and called ahead. They were happy to accommodate. Wings and Guac appetizers were yummy. Everyone was happy with their meal. The key lime pie dessert was fantastic as were all the desserts we had. Stop in if you can. I would be shocked if you weren't happy with the food and service.
10/26/2023 - We were back in town for a visit and stopped in for dinner with some friends. Fantastic service! The Wright Chicken Sandwich was great. We loved the Chicken Kabobs as well. You cannot go wrong here!!!

I’ve always wanted to try this place and my expectations were exceeded. The hostess greeted us as we walked in and sat us down immediately. Our server Andy was very pleasant and charming he made a great recommendation for sauces to compliment my entree and made sure our drinks were always refilled without asking. We tried the strawberry frosé which was the perfect texture and tasted very good. For our main dish I had the chicken kabobs and at first I was skeptical because the sides are already chosen but let me just say it is like that for a reason. The cilantro lime rice and cucumber salad complement the flavor perfectly, and I normally do not like mushrooms but the mushrooms in this plate were cooked to perfection. My friend agrees that the jalepeno potato’s complement the flavors of the petite filet as well which Andy made sure our steak was cooked just right. Overall I am very pleased and will definitely be back to share the experience with others!

We had lunch here on a Sunday, food was great, as was the service. We tried the brussel sprout salad, the grilled chicken salad and the crispy jalapeño potatoes and it was all very good. We will be back again.

We liked this spot a lot. Marie was our server and was very nice & helpful. She helped date night to be so much fun. We got the Roasted Wings with the potatoes and the Chicken Kabobs with an additional side sweet potatoes fries. Everything was tasty and prepared in a lighter way. The menu is pretty straightforward which makes everything easy. Leftovers the next day was wonderfully nice as well.

Wonderful meal tonight. Great service and extra care when there was a delay with one of the meals. My husband had chicken kabobs and said it was the best meal he'd had here. My chicken parmigiana was tasty and tender. Huge portion. Guacamole was delicious with homemade chips. Drinks were fabulous. Great night.

I really like this restaurant, conveniently located on Bay Street at International Plaza. Julian was our server. He was very attentive. We opted to dine outside which is a nice place for people watching. Food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Everything was exactly as ordered. The shrimp salad was tasty. I’m sure I’ll visit again in the near future.

Had a great dinner the other night at Doc B’s. Sam F. was an amazing server. She was attentive, caring and gave great recommendations. The guacamole and sweet potato chips were our favorite. We will definitely be back again very soon!

On December 4th we celebrated our Mother's 89th birthday. They accommodated our large party of 19. The service was excellent. Hartley, our server was very attentive to everyone's requests and questions. The food was amazing. Several of us had Filets and all were cooked perfectly. They also had no problem with additional side requests. It's always good to get what you pay for!
