Incredible experience for fast food. As a first timer, the staff was kind, patient, and informative. The men’s bathroom was clean. In terms of the food here is my breakdown:
Biscuits with blueberries and cream - 🔥 I’d recommend if you need sweet pick me up. Warning - you will be in for a sugar crash
Chicken, Mac and Cheese, Biscuit - take it with a grain of salt, for making it quick as possible it’s fairly average.
Beans, fries chicken sandwiches combo - the beans were not great, fries were little bit rubbery, and the chicken sandwich is a little bit below Popeyes chicken.
I eat at Bojangles regularly. The food is normally ok; but my last 2 visits were beyond exceptional. The customer service was excellent. The staff, Rona and the male manager Mick were very polite and patient with me and my order. I requested for my food to be made fresh and they accommodated me and my family without any attitude or excuses. I would definitely recommend and appreciate the service Rona gave to us. Thanks again to the staff for making both of my experiences pleasant. Highly recommend.
Wow, best exceptional customer service ever! My family of 10 on a roadtrip from West Palm Beach (some flew from Alaska & California on a military break) of course asked for Bojangles and the BO crew and food did not disappoint! They were very accommodating with our huge order and made us feel at home by making our food fresh and bringing to our tables. Love their positivity and seems like a cool place to work and eat southern food! Thank you to the 12/17/23 afternoon crew of Demetriona & the gentleman who was so nice to us. Happy holidays!
The food was very good. Everything was fresh & hot. The biscuits, as at all bojangles, were perfection. Staff were professional, we got our order quickly. This store had an almost "diner" atmosphere. There were regulars, older men, discussing everything from sports to the weather, to a good pocket knife. You could tell they felt right at home. It was, altogether, a nostalgic experience. We will be back.

The first time I went to Bojangles, the cashier was too busy eating to the point that she couldn't answer the questions I was asking.
The second time I went there, everything was perfect.

The manager was so nice and talked with us for a bit while they dropped fresh chicken to make sure my husbands first trip to the restaurant was great.
Yes, it's fast food. But it's decent. This location, it's the staff, all very friendly and accommodating. Excellent job!
I love going there cuz a cup of coffee is $0.63 & the 2nd cup is free. Yup, u heard me, 63 cents.
