Burgerfi

Love the food-- the staff is the reason for the one star missing. They are generally not friendly, rarely greet you, often have excuses for how long the food can take, and never work quickly. Once, I waited 25 minutes for a veggie burger with two others in line. Staff is regularly on the phone while customers are present. The custard is great and I enjoy the food very much once I do get it!

I visited here today for the 2nd time! Last week was my first official visit. I stopped in to bring my grandson for the kids eat free mentioned to me. The food was amazing, and the Manager was hilarious. She and her team appeared to have so much fun. My grandson got the chicken tenders and loved them. We loved the upbeat atmosphere. Very welcoming. This is definitely a new go to spot for us. Mrs. Moe and team keep up the good work!

Went in there today and ordered the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger and Truffle Aioli fries. The food was good but not very much Truffle Aioli sauce. I asked nicely for a little more Aioli sauce and was told that I would have to pay more. I had already paid extra for the Aioli sauce. The cashier wasn’t very nice and made a smart comment. She said they can’t give it away. Very disappointed.

This isn't an ordinary fast casual burger joint. When you first walk in you'll immediately be hit with the smell of the homemade candied bacon-tomato jam. A unique menu with unique offerings, The CEO provides the most tender patties I may have ever had at any chain restaurant. The urban fry is also must side dish, and not listed on the corporate website. In fact, I'd say it's almost hard to compare BurgerFi to any other burger joint, just because there is such a unique taste profile to their signature burgers (unless you get an ordinary cheese/bacon burger). Service is by no means quick, but it was not very busy on our visit during lunch hour. Prices are high, but it is a more premium product. The only two negatives I can give: Paper straws (they suck) and the onion rings needed something to dip them in.
