Man, y'all make the best bean tacos and bean chimichangas.... You construct them perfectly! The tacos hold up and the ingredients flow through just right.... I need a post-lunch nap NOW!
Now those chairs need to be a little bigger.... But excellent service.
Tijuana on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday is a great deal. The food quality is pretty good and the price point on the deal is hard to beat! Love this location....just a little far from downtown for me, still make it there though. I wish the Pensacola street location didn't close down, I was there weekly. The Mahan/90east location needs a deep cleaning. Staff is nice but the last time I was in there I thought I was going throw up.
Burrito bowl was very good. The guac was fresh; black beans were savory; ground beef had decent flavor; rice was fluffy and did a good job of soaking in the array of flavors. The sauce bar was hit or miss. If you have kids with you, you may want to shield their eyes from the offensive language that's on some of the sauce description signage.
It was delicious! I ordered a spicy chicken burrito thingy and it was goooood. I live all of the different hot sauces you can taste and buy if you like!
The service was very fast, friendly and attentive after we were seated. And free guacamole!

I remember when this place first started out near Orlando. This is obviously a new store. Very clean and the staff is very friendly and productive. This was the best food quality I've ever had at Tijuana Flats. The smack my sweet ass and call me Sally chili sauce is the best. I'm definitely going to go back and visit the stores in Sarasota and Tampa that I thought we're going downhill. 👍👍👍

Looking for a quick bite after a long morning, we decided on Tijuana Flats. Similar to Chipotle and Moes, in its ordering style, Tijuana Flats is a fast casual Mexican restaurant chain that has been providing good, reliable, fast, and affordable food.
We started off the with Atom Bombs, a mixture of cream cheese and jalapenos in a flour tortilla, and an order of chips and queso. The Atom Bombs were very underwhelming, the flavors went together well but the tortilla needed to be crispier. The tortilla's lacked any texture other than mush. The queso was very good, packed with authentic flavor and was not too spicy.
We then tried the Steak Quesadilla and two orders of Chicken Tacos. The Quesadilla was filled with flavor, the cheese was warm and delicious, filling every bite with gooey goodness. We topped this with tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, and onions. The Chicken Tacos had a good flavor. The options for the chicken were either blackened or chipotle. In both dishes, we opted for chipotle chicken. The chicken was marinaded well and tasted a bit like tomatoes as well as other traditional tex-mex spices. Flour tortillas were pretty large, containing a large amount of meat and toppings. Every entree is served with a side of chips which were lightly seasoned with salt and pepper and were perfectly crispy. They went well with every dish.
We ended the meal with the cookie dough flautas. They were perfectly crispy and the cookie dough was soft and warm. Served with a warm chocolate syrup and a decent amount of powdered sugar. It was an excellent dessert, but stay away if you do not enjoy very sweet desserts!
Tijuana Flats is a nice tex-mex fast casual restaurant chain, that serves up a dish you can count on.

Tijuana Flats did NOT fall flat with us... My family enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Tallahassee location, tonight.
While we waited for our tostadas, flautas, blackened chicken and steak nachos, we were treated to an appetizer order of Atom Bombs... No words to explain the dipping sauce, other than: "sweet liquid dipping nectar"!
By chance, if you had been unhappy with the sauce that comes with it, there were 18 (or so) others on the bar with which to spruce up your taste buds. Among our favorites, "Jason's Mom" and "Georgia Peach".
The food was so plentiful, we had no room for the decadent desserts listed on their menu. Finally, at this location, the wait staff was tremendous!
I absolutely love the steak 🥩 burrito! The decor in this location is amazing. Restaurant is always super clean and neat! Plus outdoor seating!!!
Enjoyed the bowl. Wish they had more salsas and not just sauces.
ETA: Revisited today and tried the $5.99 two taco/drink deal. I think I enjoyed them more than the bowl. Jalapenos were fresh but not spicy enough for my taste. But a solid value meal.
Trendy vibe, clean store. Friendly staff. Delicious, fresh food!
