Cypress Restaurant

Cypress had excellent cocktails and food. We decided to get the Ruth Bader Gins-Burg and the Science Fig-tion. Both were great. We were blown away by the lamb chops and the sweet potato gnocchi and crab cakes were excellent. The low boil bouillabaisse was not what we we were hoping for, not the level we usually have, so we wouldn't get it again, but all the other food was excellent. The strawberry chevre cheesecake was amazing. Overall AMAZING. Great atmosphere.

Excellent service and outstanding food at Cypress! Hubby and I went for our 22nd anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed every plate. Wonderful atmosphere. Drinks: beer and the Ruth Basil Ginsberg; Appetizer: Rockefeller Oysters; Main course: Lamb chops, brussel sprout salad and crab cakes; Dessert: Creme Brulee. Loved every dish. We are def going back!

Guys. Go here now and order the sweet potato gnocchi!! This entire experience was incredible. I got a reservation online and there was a space for any special notes. I said we're celebrating a birthday, so make her feel extra special. I thought maybe they would literally just wish her a happy birthday. They had birthday confetti on the table, multiple employees came over to tell her happy birthday, and she got a birthday drink. They went above and beyond. The service was the best and the food and drinks were unreal. I would go every day if I could!

I have eaten in Michelin Star Restaurants throughout Europe that were absolutely outstanding. I was shocked and amazed after eating at Cypress. The food quality at Cypress was Equal to some of these finest Restaurants. The Menu was so outstanding that we returned the following evening with a bigger party then the night before. We ordered just about everything on the Menu. All the items were again outstanding. Service was Superb prices were also outstanding. I cannot wait till I return To Tallahassee to Visit Cypress Again. I would also recommend asking for Patrick as your Server, he is a Gem.

We had a wonderful dinner at Cypress. They have a valet outside if it gets really busy so it’s very convenient. It was very close to our hotel and I saw the high ratings so we thought we give it a chance. The waiter was very professional and when asked which items he preferred, he gave us honest answers. We started with the pork cheeks appetizer which was sublime. It was so tender and delicious. We both got the hanger steak, which was perfectly seasoned and even had a little bit of a kick to it. The mashed potatoes were delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
