Our food tastes great although someone mentioned the bang bang items were messing a bang. We placed our entrée orders at the same time as our appetizers, but the time between the two was longer than expected. My daiquiri had begun to melt before I got it. It's also a little dim.
Our server Julia was amazing. She was extremely personable and made our dining experience very special. We celebrated our anniversary and couldn’t have had a better night. She gave us recommendations, brought out refills without us having to ask, and was very speedy and efficient. We will definitely be returning.
Our first time eating here, and will definitely go again. I had chicken and shrimp with lemon butter sauce, garlic whipped potatoes and broccoli. Delicious! Entree tasted blackened.. The other dish was Bang Bang Shrimp tacos my aunt says it was very good. Our waitress was very pleasant and checked on us throughout the meal.

Finally tried Bonefish, was pleasantly surprised! We went for my birthday dinner after reading numerous reviews. We started with the corn & lump crab chowder, which was delicious, it had way more lump crab than it did corn unlike most places that are the opposite, u definitely get a nice amount of crab in it, it was perfectly seasoned and for once EXTREMELY HOT, also unlike most food when dining out, i hate cold food! Then we shared the fried calamari which is very lightly breaded and fried so you're able to actually taste the calamari, it was awesome, and of course I had to get the mussels, i asked for them to leave out the basil that it norrmally comes with and it came out exactly how i requested, they were delicious, i only wish we had gotten 2 orders before I got full! I have been craving surf and turf...so i got the steak & lobster tail, broccoli & garlic mashed potatoes, the steak was PERFECTLY cooked, not overly seasoned at all and the exact temperature i asked for. My husband also had the steak but got his with the crab cake, which was soooo good and way more crab than cake. They definitely use very decent amounts of seafood in their dishes! They also bring out bread along with herb infused pil to dip it in, it was soft and delicious.The front of house manager was very friendly and repeatedly checked on things in the dining area, asked if all was alright with our meals as well as most of the other people, he even bussed numerous tables for the servers so they were able to seat people coming in very quickly. Every good meal needs a good cocktail and I would highly recommend the freshly crushed Pineapple Martini.... it was so good I had 3. My husband had a Dirty Martini that included Blue Cheese inside the ginormous olives and he liked his just as much. My husband's steak was just a tiny bit too rare for him but they promptly took care of that and added a 2nd crabcake to his meal for the inconvenience, which was very nice of them, that being the smallest problem with our order and it was so small i wouldn't even call it a problem, and it definitely wouldn't effect us going there again...it was well worth the money! The place was immaculate, and the booth we sat it was very cozy and comfortable. Finally I will add that we had some of the best service we have ever had in a restaurant since moving here 6 yrs ago, me being a waitress myself know how hard a job it is and truly appreciate an attentive server when we eat out, Amanda was our waitress and she was awesome, definitely a 10! Checked on us numerous times, as well as her other customers, very friendly, got the order perfect and definitely made the dinner even better with the great service. We will most definitely be going there on our next dinner out, I read a few reviews that weren't that good and honestly think everyone has a bad day sometimes so if you didn't have the best experience the 1st time definitely try it again maybe it was just one of their bad days...i have no complaints about anything at all and can't wait to go again!
I had such a great time eating out this weekend Melissa totally made it one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had going out! She's so kind and on top of everything! Couldn't ask for better service! 10/10 would come again for the good food and her excellent service!
Logan was our server. for daddy Daughter date night. he helped my daughter order her 1st steak and lobster. he helped her pair it with a nice Shirley temple drink. the hot butter, helped make it the perfect meal for her.
the service and atmosphere for this special evening, was out if this world. everyone there helped make this an evening she will remember for the rest if her life.
I was pleasantly surprised how nice the place is. The dishes not only had great presentation but the taste was excellent. The food did not take long to come even though we were a group of 8.
Came w my boyfriend after the game to avoid long wait times and it was a great idea. Ordered the Parmesan crusted trout and it was super yummy. The bread and pesto is to die for. Mussels were not as good as other bonefish establishments but not bad. Bartender was very kind and always checking in.
Staff shortage and/or new staff are common issues in service industry nowadays. Kitchen dropped the ball but manager quickly fixed it before we even asked.
Appetizers of Bang Bang Shrimp and Calamari are really good. Old fashioned salmon is pretty good, but the sirlion is under expection. Our server Jasmin is super nice and helpful. Will come back again.
