Not usually one to review chains, but this particular location has been (generally) consistently excellent since they built the new store. The only thing preventing the fifth star is that I've had some dodgy experiences the last two or three visits. The orders were generally correct, but usually just poorly assembled/lacking ingredient content. Recent experience aside, it's a good location. (Picture for entertainment.)

The only reason I'm giving this such a low rating is due to staffing issues. There were only 2 people working and we had to wait over 30 minutes in line. The food was good.

Listen hear to all the negative nellys’ out there… These young men and women out there are doing the best they can with circumstances being the way they are in society. You all are rockstars and I suggest negative people reconsider putting negative comments on here and realize that every where is short staff and there is always room for human error and that nobody is perfect. Ordered a Beefy 5-layer tonight from the Syracuse store. When we got home to eat I bit into it and found out it was only 1 layer. The thing was 100% beans only. Disgusting and waste of money.
