Food was hot and made perfectly. Coffee was excellent. The staff was efficient. I have 2 Dunkins very close to where I live (not in NY) and this location puts both of them to shame.

Line was short, order was correct and staff was friendly. The vagrants milling around in the parking lot might scare off some.
