The Frog Tavern

Went here after spending the day on the Lake with my bachelorette party. We got there at 825. Placed an order of appetizers. We didn't get them until 910. 45 minutes for 2 orders of cheese curds and 1 jalapeño poppers. Then 20 minutes after, so 930, our salads came. Then she brought me a long island because we complained about the wait on appetizers..... it was the most disgusting long Island I've ever had. It tasted like rotten lemons. Pretty sure their sweet and sour was bad. 25 minutes after that we started getting food and from the first plate to the last (the last being a chicken salad....) it took 15 minutes. So the people who got their food first were done already. The food was okay but some orders didn't even come out correct after all that. Would not recommend if you go close to the time the kitchen closes, or if you're working with a time frame.

Tonight was our first time trying The Frog Tavern. We got our food to go. We enjoyed the food, and the vibe of the place was cool. We saw they had a live band, and people were coming up on their boats. My husband enjoyed his burger, and I enjoyed the french dip. The cook didn't know what onions to add so he gave me different choices and I could add which type. (I prefer cooked over raw onion) The only thing that went wrong was they forgot my side salad, other than that we'd like to go back for music and food.
