P. F. Chang's

I went here with my husband on a Saturday afternoon. We waited in line a few minutes for a table but wasn't that bad. Ended up asking to sit in a booth which was much more comfortable. The food was really good, the egg rolls were amazing. But everything took a long time to come out. Even my drink which was just a soda took way too long. They were not that busy and looked like they ample staff. The entrées took about 40 minutes to come out, we were there for over an hour for a meal which in my book is way too long. I wanted to order a dessert to go but decided not to because I knew I'd be waiting another 20 minutes for it.

I dined at PF Changs in Destiny Mall while I was Christmas shopping. My family and I had a wonderful server. Her name was Cindy. She greeted us warmly and was extremely attentive throughout our entire meal. I’ve dined at PF Changs a few times in the past several months and am always pleased when our table is assigned to Cindy. She suggests items from the menu and answers any questions we may have. The chicken lettuce wraps were delicious. Cindy always has a smile on her face, an upbeat attitude and her laugh is contagious. Cindy is an asset to the PF Chang establishment. Excellent service is the reason I keep coming back.

This was our second time to PF Chang’s and on both times we had the pleasure of having Christopher wait on us. The food was great and we enjoyed getting to know Christopher. He really took the time getting to know us in a very kind and respectful manner. We walked away with a good feeling knowing that we would return again. Christopher is a great representative for the restaurant!

Oh, Lauren is an incredible waitress! She's always so attentive, friendly, and has the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. Whenever I go to this restaurant, she makes me feel welcome and ensures that I have a fantastic dining experience. Her positive energy and genuine care for the customers really shine through. I highly recommend her as a waitress! I ONLY want LAUREN as my waitress! You go Lauren!!

Naturally, we love Chang’s…as many people know, it is HARD to find good service accompanied with good food and good conversation. Our server, Jamie was so superb we asked for a manager just to rave. She made all of our cocktails and was exceptionally kind. Recommend that corporate hire her to travel and train servers at all their chains. This is the type of experience everyone deserves when they eat out anywhere!
