This Dunkin is usually hit or miss, average except in this instance when the customer in front of me had an issue & by the time the cashier got to me he was smiles & more than happy to help me; I was just getting a gift card. Great job!

Excellent Dunkin Donuts they're almost every day picking up Frozen coffees French Vanilla swirl and a nice fresh bagel everybody is awesome they're very polite always on top of everything very very great crew.

Fast, friendly service and food and donuts you can't pass up make Dunking number 1. Fantastic coffee helps you wash it all down. Simply can't get enough of it!!

A great experience. Employee were very focused and friendly people. Logan was very polite and helpful person. There is a conference room there that you can use (call ahead to make sure it's available). My associate did say the bathroom needed attention.

I like this location a lot. Not far from my house and the service is always excellent. My drink is always on point and the staff are always friendly and courteous. I had the new Girl Scout Thin Mint frozen chocolate and it was so delicious. Sure was a great splurge. My favorite Dunkin Donuts in Syracuse.

Always good, friendly service. Needs bigger drive thru area for busy times...couple times couldn't get pull into parking lot as line was too long

Server was extremely friendly. She even put lemon in my water. The guy who made my sandwich also informed me that the sweet black pepper bacon is only here for another week and that the new flavor is brown sugar chipotle. They were all amazing. And the good is good, like always. By far my favorite dunkin.

Love love their Coffee, and you can't beat the prices. Just a word of caution though the Teal Ave location is very slow in drive thru. I waited yesterday 20 minutes to get my coffee and food. That is not the first time I have had to wait.

Staff for the most part are friendly and try to keep things moving..Wait is usually not long..Only complaint is product ingredients not being listed at drive thru,some people have allergies to unusual things. I have suggested in person the changes needed..
