We arrived right on time and were seated immediately. Our server Chris was very friendly and accommodating. Chris was very busy but was handling it very well. Unfortunately we waited 50 mins for our food and had to leave before it came in order to make it to the concert on time. If we didn’t have anywhere to be we would’ve waited since we understand that issues arise. Hopefully we will be in Syracuse again and can try their food. Again a Chris was fantastic.

Burger was amazing. Best burger I've had. Fries were a frozen brand that you can find at other restaurant and was an insult to the burger. Chicken sandwich was crispy and tender. Owner was great, but appeared overwhelmed. Staff seemed confused at times. Could be a reaction to the owners tone. everyone was friendly. Place was very clean. No railings on stairs to the lower dining room and restrooms. Elderly patron stumbled coming up the stairs. Music didn't fit the vibe.I believe this place has tremendous potential.

This place is where it’s at! Yesterday my mom and I had the pleasure of dining at 317 and we were not disappointed. Our waitress, Sarah, was incredible. Her knowledge and suggestions were amazing while her hospitality was unbeatable. We started off with a speciality house salad and a Caesar salad. We both loved our salads and the house made apple cider vinegar honey vinaigrette. For appetizers, we shared the seared scallops and the duck confit poutine. The seared scallops were done beautifully and were delicious with their caper honey sauce and chopped dill. The poutine is absolutely to die for. Crispy fries, a delectable demi-glacé with whole springs of rosemary, creamy cheese curds, and lovely shredded duck confit. Whether you’re stopping in at the bar or coming in for a dinner reservation, you can’t go wrong with the poutine. The star of our night was the short rib and mushroom risotto. The short rib was beautifully seared and so tender that a spoon could cut it. The mushroom risotto was delicious with the slices of mushroom, grated cheese, and a touch of wine. The risotto itself was cooked perfectly, not starchy or undercooked. Our night didn’t end there however. We took the carrot cake and the flourless chocolate torte to go and enjoyed the desserts when we arrived home. The cream cheese frosting of the carrot cake was tasty and the flourless chocolate torte was the perfect balance and portion of airy whipped cream and fluffy chocolate torte with a little caramel on the side. This meal was probably the best meal that we have enjoyed since before covid. We will most definitely be back to try more of the menu. The atmosphere, food, and hospitality blew us completely out of the water. Thank you for such an incredible experience.

Excellent service and very good food. They had scallops as an appetizer in the menu, but we requested if they could prepare them as an entree and cook them with butter and garlic. They gladly obliged and served is a delicious large portion. The Caesar salad was well made with hint of lemon. The chocolate cake topped a great meal. Highly recommend

A hidden, unpretentious spot with rotating menus, the restaurant consistently provides excellent dishes at an affordable price range. I have visited this restaurant at least five times since I discovered it in early 2022. The owner is down-to-earth, often greeting and seating guests, and the food was always served fairly quickly. Every appetisers and mains I’ve tried, oh and trust me I’ve tried many different ones, are absolutely fantastic. As for beverages, the restaurant has a small wine selection that hasn’t changed since my first visit, about one or two brands for popular wine varieties.
