I'm sure food is good and the playground inside kept the kids entertained for a while, but they were completely understaffed. After over an hour of waiting for food we cancelled our orders and left. With better staffing I would have no problems but we showed up on a bad day. That needs to be addressed urgently because that wasn't fair for the customers and definitely wasn't fair to the employees who were present and working.

The food was excellent however it's the first time actually that I've ordered a shake and I expected it to be more tasty than it was but my corn dog was fantastic and the French fries were fresh and 🔥 hot yummy.The service was outstanding, Thank you to the crew .p.s. $49.90 for the 4 of us on 2 malts 2 shakes 1lg Fri 4 corn dogs , could've had a nice romantic dinner with my husband instead ,oh well lesson learned !!

Tried the new Crispy Chicken BLT Salad & Huckleberry Lime Rickey. They were both delicious! The salad was huge, easily could be split & shared. Then to end it all with a famous shake. My favorite is the Moose Tracks!

I went with my family, including small children. We ordered food for dinner and a shake to share. My children enjoyed the play area, which was clean and in good repair. The dining area was clean and the food was as advertised. The staff were very helpful. In particular one staff member made it priority to make our experience exemplary, made sure we had everything we needed and even offered my children toys used in the kid's meals even though we did not order kid's meals.

The team gave great service despite being understaffed. The food was delicious and they were so gracious about the modifications I requested to get a low carb burger. The mushroom burger without the bun and white sauce still tastes great!
I also appreciate that they have online coupons you can just show on your phone to save a few dollars.

Artic circle is my 1st favorite place for shakes. The quality is great and presentation is lovely. There's always plenty of flavor inside and I love that they sprinkle extra toppings on the top. You can get unlimited flavors for no extra cost which makes me so happy. They have all their repeat coupons on line, so I never have to worry about leaving coupons at home. Service here was kind and competent.
