Needed a quick bite to eat and Denny’s it was! Eliza, was our waitress. She was so polite and sweet! The food was out quick and was on point. Thank you Eliza- you made the stop worth it!

My grandson's grapes were a little soft, my potatoes were barely warm and my husband's pancakes were hiding under way too much icing.
But the chicken was phenomenal, the zucchini/squash was to die for and the strawberry pancake puppies were So good.
Very nice Waitress and We would return.

It’s a Denny’s so the food is exactly what you expect all over the nation: basically drive-thru fast food at twice the price of McDonald’s. I fly a lot and generally Denny’s chains are the only thing open 24hrs. I only ever eat at Denny’s restaurants in the middle of the night.
This particular Denny’s staff were efficient, polite, thoughtful, and clearly not your typical graveyard shift wage workers. The way they worked seemed indicative of a respectful work place culture. Oftentimes you visit a Denny’s after 10pm and you can just tell everyone is miserable and hates their job. But this one was unexpectedly staffed with upbeat and pleasant folks. I wish every Denny’s in America had employees like this place

Very good meal at a reasonable price. Loved the Philly Steak omelet.

I had signed up for Denny's Birthday Club on my mobile phone. 2-3 years ago. For my birthday in December I decided to stop at Denny's in Cicero, NY after an appointment. You have a choice of either a Grand Slam or a dessert which you can use anytime during your birthday month. Show the waitress the code you received on your mobile phone or printed from your computer.
The place was very clean, customers were spaced out. The waitress was very polite and friendly wasting no time to take my order. I chose the Grand Slam which you can choose 4 items. You can add other food items for a small fee plus they have healthier choices. When I got my meal I was not disappointed. I definitely recommend this Denny's Restaurant. Great family friendly restaurant for an anytime meal, snack or dessert. Give them a try !!!!

The staff at Denny's are always good. We had a fairly good size group on Christmas Eve and, as always, great service. Our waiter was exceptional, the food was prompt and hot, and very good. Highly recommend.

Great server made our meal enjoyable. She was on the ball. We will be back again. They were training two new cooks at the same time. My t bone was well cooked on one end raw at the other. Asked of medium rare. Was still eaten. Was offered a new steak but didn't want to wait. The dog enjoyed what I didn't eat of my T bone.

Stopped and had a Sandwich and salad with a friend They were fresh and flavorful. The waitress was friendly, yet professional, attentive, everything was delicious and delightful. The manager introduced himself. A very nice man Stephen Sherman. Followed up to see how our meal was and service. He to was professional, friendly and attentive. An all around great experience.

This was my first time back to this location in about 10 years or so, give or take.
This visit was very pleasant. The Restaurant was not real busy, so it made for a nice comfortable atmosphere. The service was good and the food was as well.
This location seemed pretty clean as far as restaurants go.
Based upon this visit, I would recommend this place to everyone I know!
