Dominick's Restaurant

We went to Dominick's for the first time post reopening for eat in. I had the prime rib, rare, with a salad and their butternut squash. I have to say that it was MUCH better than the last time I was there. It was seasoned perfectly, and I really appreciate it when the cook sends out the steak the way it's ordered. Andy had a pepperoni pizza. Of course most of it ended up being boxed up and brought home. He said it was delicious. Our waitress followed the mask protocol, which we really like. It wasn't too crowded, so that was good as well.

Dinner was amazing. Service was quick too. Our server was very personable and helpful. I dropped a french fry in my water and he immediately brought me a new water. Haha. I ordered ravioli and that was amazing! We also ordered dessert, we ordered a brownie, an eclair, and a canoli, all of which were amazing too! We had a fantastic experience.

Stopped in for dinner for the 1st time tonight, place is awesome! Good food, huge portions and affordable. Had a table of 5 and everyone was very full and happy, service was also great. We will be going back. Only thing I missed was not having tiramisu on the dessert menu but my wife’s chocolate cake was large enough to split between the table!

Outstanding! We dined here last night, had exceptional service and the food was amazing! I love the new menu and the family atmosphere is great. Try the desserts, but you may need to get them to go, because you will be full! Dominick’s is the best value for your dollar in Syracuse and you won’t be disappointed! I would give them 10 stars if it was an option!

We stopped in to have Prime Rib for a late lunch on a Saturday. Our waitress was not aware that Prime Rib was available. I informed her that I had already called prior to arriving at Dominick's. Our waitress took our order, served us our drinks, bread and then our salads. A different waitress served us our entree and we did not see our waitress until the end of the meal. We had to refill our own drinks half way through the meal because we had not seen our waitress for quite some time. The meal was excellent, however, the service was poor.

My family and I really enjoyed this place. Easy to find. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo, which I have ordered at many other restaurants, unfortunately Dominick’s was not that good to me. Tasted like buttered noodles. With that being said my family loved loved loved their meals. Chicken parm, steak, and chicken marsala. When I go back I will definitely try something else, they have so many choices. My waitress was lovely. She was very personable and attentive. Couldn’t be more pleased. Give this place a try!

I love Dominick's and our family has been going there since I was little, more than 30 years. This past Saturday we went for prime rib and I have to say we were disappointed with the size. It was very busy that night and the cuts of prime rib were about 1/4 inch thick. Definitely didn't fill us up like usual. Please make sure people get their money's worth. I'm hoping it was just this one night because usually the prime rib portion is perfect.
