Very friendly staff who worked well together and made customers feel welcome along with serving good tasting Mexican food. Great portions, good price, and they make the chips freshly and place in a small paper bag to soak up the excess oil. Definitely hit the spot before the SU game!

My favorite fast food Mexican place. I've had almost everything on the menu and dont ever remember having a bad experience here. The staff is always very nice and the food is amazing. Taco salad is usually my go to. I'll get 2 meals out of it. I also love their quesadilla. You cant go wrong here.

One of the best places to get mexican styled food, but its the size of the food that gets my vote, big quesdillas, delicious tacos, and their very own "SUPER BURRITO" which will require a spoon towards the end and a lot of napkins, they also cater events! which I have had before they come with a very large taco truck! The price is a bit high but for the amount of food it's worth it, the only downside is their locations are not in very "friendly" parts of town, but well worth the visit!

Quick service, good food, made to order. Only six tables and at lunch time they fill up fast. Take out seemed to be robust. I will be going back again.... Yummy!

Ponchito's has some of these best burritos in Syracuse. They are proof that you don't need a thousand fancy ingredients to make good Mexican food. With a broader and better menu than Chipotle and 1/10 of the wait of Alto Cinco, make Ponchito's your first stop for good quality Mexican food. Vegetarian friendly.
