One of the best hot chocolates I've had in a while.
When we were there they were extremely busy (no surprise, since most of the coffee places seemed to be closed), but everyone was very friendly and they worked to get everyone taken care of.

I love Kubal Coffee, the staff are so sweet! Coffee is fabulous. A great atmosphere to work in too. And lovely art work for sale toooo!

This was the sole positive customer service experience I had during my trip to Syracuse.
I ordered drinks for six people, and the girl behind the counter just took it in stride, made the orders, labeled them accurately, and did it all quickly. And the end result tasted great. Give this place your money.

Very friendly service. Fair prices! Delicious coffee and breakfast sandwiches. I had a breakfast sandwich on a croissant with sweet chili mayo, it was tasty! They accommodated my requests for my order with changes.

Such a great spot for coffee. We stopped in for the first time and I didn't really know what I wanted.
The lovely worker made a few recommendations based on my tastes and it was so good.
French toast latte is very good.
The banana bread will make you feel like you just went to heaven.

Nice spot right in downtown Syracuse! The breakfast sandwich was absolutely incredible along with the dark roast coffee. Prices are reasonable but we had to wait longer than usual to get our food. All in all, a really nice place!
