Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

The food is excellent, and they have many choices to choose from. Lunch and dinner each have their own special menu, and you won't go home hungry! Sweet potato casserole, pot roast with vegetables, fried okra, fried shrimp, and brisket are my favorites. Service is friendly and there is plenty of seating, clean plates and holiday decorations make the place homey.

This will be the third Thanksgiving we have spent with Golden Corral. The food was great and promptly brought out if something tapped out. I want to extend my thanks to everyone who worked today at the Golden Corral in East Syracuse. I hope that you get some time with your families if you have one and hope you had a prosperous day. And to all those who eat out, especially on holidays, please make sure to tip these people who serve your food. Remember that they are paid under minimum wage so that company's can hire 3 for the price of one normally paid worker.

What Golden Corral did for our Veterans was to me awesome. They fed our Soldiers for free. Not only that they got to fellowship with each other, no matter how old or young. The atmosphere from entering to exiting was just wonderful. Thank you for showing up and showing out. Keep up the good work. Very much Appreciated.

Golden Corral Buffet & Grill is a top tier restaurant. I go to Golden Corral Buffet & Grill on every special occasion. When I can’t find anyone to take there for a meal, I will without a doubt go by myself. Golden Corral Buffet & Grill offers a wide array of delicious and delicately crafted meals. They offer meats, vegetables, fruits, and desserts. Golden Corral Buffet & Grill doesn’t only offer American style foods but also Spanish and Asia style foods. The bathrooms are also top notch. Also sanitized and stocked with toilet paper. You will definitely be visiting the bathroom before you leave and you will enjoy the experience. The tables are clean and clear. Some of the seats and tables are a little close but it promotes conversation among the guests that visit. I often find myself engaged with fellow customers as I enjoy my food. We meet as strangers but leave as friends and I can only thank Golden Corral Buffet & Grill for that. All and all, please visit Golden Corral Buffet & Grill, you will not regret it. If you visit once, you will be visiting for many years to come. I guarantee it. I will go as far and say that these review will not only fit this specific Golden Corral Buffet & Grill but for all of the Golden Corral Buffet & Grill across this great nation.

The food was good, and the service while very busy they were very nice. Unfortunately, The day we went, it was extremely cold inside, and most people were wearing their jackets while eating. I would guess it was about 65 degrees in the dining area. The dining area is very tall, but hopefully this will be resolved before the weather gets ready cold.

The check in process was swift and pleasant. I took my seat next to the gas flame fireplace - a fireplace at a Golden Corral - things are stepping up! The buffet area was spotless. Every patron was required to wear plastic gloves while serving themselves - weird, but I'll bite. The disinterested kid working the grill served me a - close to raw - piece of steak that was mostly grizzle and fat. It was so bad that I didn't want to try another piece. The buffet was heavy with vegetables. The place should be called Golden Greenhouse. I really enjoyed the freshly steamed (and NOT overcooked) veggies. The same can be said about the fruits. All the non meat offerings were much better than any of the meat. My "server" was pleasant and attentive. She was organized and spent extra time talking with the older folks eating alone. I might go back - just to see if they have another grill cook who knows that direct heat cooks meat.

Food isn't that appealing but, surprisingly, it tasted pretty good. Young children were all happy with their selections. Dessert Station stood out. Sirloin steak wasn't too bad. Meatloaf, wings, fried fish and bread pudding were all above average. Servers are very busy but still attentive and friendly. Buffet stations were well stocked.
