Tried to order online. Apparently they are not accepting online orders currently? Seems ridiculous given we just all lived through a pandemic where online orders are a regular thing, but whatever. Regardless, I drove there to find three people ahead of me standing waiting for orders that were not ready. I stood watching two larger boys play patty cake with each other (horsing around) while another younger short boy looked clueless and a middle aged woman tried to appear organized. Rather than ask what those of us were waiting for, she ignored us. The concept of Hot and Ready is apparently dead here. There were no pizzas ready and waiting. After about ten minutes of watching a hot mess of lack of service and organization, I left and went to Marcos. I would rather pay more for a pizza and service I will actually get. This place has go e downhill since their fire ages ago. I mean, how about a, “How can I help anyone?” even? Sad.

Absolutely unacceptable that this location is closed on Sundays and Mondays Sundays are the busiest day of the week for pizzas and this location is closed. They might as well just have stayed close after the fire if they're not going to be open on Sundays. Sylvanian's will not tolerate having Little Caesars closed on Sunday

Definitely a place that can handle the rush of the night. I would suggest something done about the online order machine, if they choose not to store it. But hey its a crazy night, yall are all the best.

Hello. I wish I could give this NO STARS and since YELP doesn't have this location available, this will have to do! This is the Little Caesars at the 6363 Monroe St. Little Caesars location in Sylvania, Ohio. I PRE-ordered 6 pizzas and 4 bread sticks for my sons 8th birthday party on Friday, December 17 around 3:30pm via the app. They were to be picked up by Saturday, December 18 at 5:30 pm. Online ordering was great. I prepaid, perfect. One less thing for me to do on party day. So I thought! As I am literally driving to the party at 5:15 on Saturday, the store manager named "BRI" called me to tell me their "online ordering system had to be shut down because they were short staffed- it was her and one other employee." I explained to her that I had pre-ordered this food 27 hours prior, not within the last 20 minutes like she presumed-and not "15 pizzas that she has to make by herself." She immediately snipped back and talked over me saying "sorry ma'am I will refund you." Now, I admit, I was angry, frustrated and got loud and explained that she is NOW telling me this 15 minutes prior to me picking up the pizza. She could imagine my frustration that I wasn't notified in the morning? When she opened? I told her that this was a 27 hour old order that she could've informed me sooner and she said "You can get an application and apply to work here if you don't like it." Well, I asked to speak to a manager, which happened to be her! Asked for her name, she said "Bri," asked for her last name and she wouldn't tell me and she hung up. Now, I have NEVER sent in a complaint review. I absolutely know how challenging things are right now and employees are hard to find. But, her customer service FOR BEING THE MANAGER, was appalling, disrespectful and uncalled for. I would have understood if she could not complete the order and would've called me, I don't know, first thing when she opened? 1-2 hours BEFORE my pick up time? Nope, 15 minutes prior. Leaving me stranded to call other places. Luckily, our local Marcos pizza saved the day and I was NOT the only stranded Little Caesars customer that went to Marcos. So, again, I have empathy for how times are tough, but, for being the MANAGER? She was absolutely disrespectful and rude. I will not be a patron to LC for a while, and should've stayed with Marcos in the first place. But, I am a hockey mom and appreciate all that LC does for youth hockey. I really hope you take a minute to speak to "Bri," and maybe offer her some more managerial training, because clearly, she was overwhelmed and didn't know how to run that store with Saturday orders.

A couple months ago, I tried to order a pizza through them on DoorDash. DD called me and said that Little Caesars told them that someone else picked up my order. I thought I would give them another chance tonight, and the same exact thing happened. DD contacted me again to say that someone else picked up my order. It just seems weird and really unorganized that they would give my order to the wrong person again.

The guy that greeted myself and daughter was a bit rude . I almost just turned around and walked back out. I ordered 4 different kinds of pizza and the only one that was decent was the pepperoni.

I mean it's Little Caesars. It's mediocre at best, but it's cheap. A good stand by if you need pizza and you don't want to spend $30

as always, the service here is great. everyone is friendly, their Pizza Portal makes it super easy (and quick!) to do contactless takeout, and the pickup times are always unbelievably good. food is ready in 15-20 minutes usually so it's great for last minute orders.
i've been a Little Caesars fan since I was a kid and I personally think they've got the best everything in the game -- sauce, cheese, crust, toppings, you name it! it's all delicious and for a price you simply can't beat. thanks for all the good meals!!!
