while the drinks and food were good, the service was not good. we waited for a table for 40 minutes which is understandable on a Friday night, however, once seated it took over 25 minutes to be acknowledged at our table. When we were able to catch someones attention, we were told they forgot to assign our table to a server. During this time, three servers attended to tables around us and didn't inquire if we were being helped. When we finally got up and asked for assistance, it was another 15 minutes. We finally got a server who was available, we waited another 20 minutes for drink refills. I understand restaurants being busy on Fridays, but this is a management issue. There is no good reason that a customer should go so long with no acknowledgement. even if it's not your table, get their drink order and alert your management. very disappointed.

Quite honestly, the most incompetent front house employees that ruin decent food I have ever seen. It isn't just rude service, they ruin and miss-serve the food in every way. I am new to the area, and was looking for decent food. My first experience was them serving blue cheese with fish and chips rather than tartar sauce, and not apologizing for their mistake until a member of our party realized it. Instead of refunding both fish and chips ($20 per), they gave a single free desert ($10). My second experience was a terrible waiter that obviously should have been on sick leave. A competent manager convinced us it was a one time event, so we tried again. Our third experience was actually great. The same competent manager made sure the good food actually reached us. We had a good time, which is unfortunately the last time we will ever go to Inside the Five. Our fourth, and last experience, was atrocious (1/22/2022). The employees (including the manager) were constantly talking with each other and not dealing with customers. The side dishes were excessively burnt, beyond the point of even reasonable time under a hot lamp. Finally, the person acting as manager was incredibly rude, and was the cause of this review. I don't know the relationship between the employees on this night, but they obviously care more about talking with each other than serving customers. I will make sure to never recommend this restaurant again, in fact I will recommend to not peruse this restaurant, which is a shame because the food would be decent if it was decently managed.

We had 3 couples in our party on Thursday 6/2. Shay was our waitress and was very attentive and kind. She did a great job! We all agreed that our appetizers and meals were very good. I know we'll be back! The only reason that I gave 4 stars was the music was a little loud to carry on a conversation. I like all kinds of music and don't mind it loud; other than when people are trying to communicate.

I chose Inside the Five for my birthday dinner and I was not disappointed! We were waited on immediately after we sat down. Our waiter was very attentive. Our food came out fast and was delicious. I got the chicken and waffles, the best I've ever had. My husband loved his burger. We will be back soon!!

I love that they make there own flavored beers. I had the vanilla raspberry blonde ale. If was delicious. I also has the Nashville fries. They were spicy but very tasty. I couldn't stop eating them. On there board they had over 15 locally crafted beers which is awesome. Trivia night is on Wednesdays.

Extremely impressed! I've been to well over 100 breweries in America. The beers were significantly different and true to their style. Several Christmas sales with different versions, barrel aged jalapeno infused... I had two flights and couldn't decide which one was better. Didn't eat but the menu looks spectacular and I wish I was here long enough to enjoy a great meal. Great job Brandin and Chris, hope to meet you when I'm back in town
