There’s nothing good about Hortons. The customer service was terrible customer service, food was plain and flavorless, and the location unclean. I don’t understand why they can’t design a cup like Starbucks that won’t spill the coffee as you drive along Detroit roads!

I absolutely love the staff here! There's one gentleman in particular who always makes me laugh. The food and drinks are the Tim Hortons classics, served as ordered. Never had a problem with any order, service is usually in a timely manner.

Great establishment!! Delicious, well prepared food with good presentation. Inconsistencies and/or problems are handled promptly without question. Staff is friendly, clean, organized. Establishment is clean. Dining room is kept clean, as is the loo, and outside of building. Sometimes their times are longer than one might expect, but overall this is a good place to eat.

You'll enjoy if you only order a coffee... But don't make the mistake of ordering anything else, because nothing is ever correct! Plus it seems like every employee makes up their own prices off the top of their head, because the price changes day to day from different employee to employee.

Location is convenient for us. Drive through gets the order right about 80% of the time, which is where the three star rating comes from.
Food / coffee is exactly what you'd expect from Tim Hortons. No better, no worse. But please, get the orders right for the drive through.

Loved the experience .. Its my first time; the service superb - I asked for help and she was able to guide me accordingly, with a smile and no stress.
Enjoyed the coffee. I recommend this location to everyone. When u go ask for Tiffany and Security .... Greaat team.

Ghetto Tim's. The worst customer service and food preparation ever. The employees there have no idea what they are doing they can't even make a cup of coffee correctly. I was in there one time and the person helping me had food service gloves on and took my cash for my order then started making my sandwich with the same gloves on not to mention he had ketchup inside of his gloves because he said that he burned himself and ketchup helps with Burns. I notified the manager and owner to make a complaint and I will never return there again this place is disgusting the same person that gave me bad customer service asked me for a cigarette in the Drive-Thru a few weeks before. Coffee service is excellent, but anytime i order any tyoe of sandwich im asked to pull around by the door and someone will bring it out. Well...Im typing this while waiting. Theres 1 car in the parking lot and Ive already been waiting 15 minutes......okay the guy just brought my food and some free tim-bits which is cool but still a pretty long wait.
