Burger King

This place regularly makes glaring "mistakes" with my order, but this time really takes the cake. It's becoming obvious that they're becoming intentional since I regularly visit BK for fast food between shifts. I ordered a Whopper family meal and a double cheeseburger meal; the Whoppers were fine, but the cheeseburgers had NO PATTY WHATSOEVER. Please, drive the extra mile to Waterford or just go to one of the neighboring restaurants instead.

My friend and I came inside, waited at the counter for at least 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged our presence. The guy in the back cooking knew we were standing there but did not say anything to anyone. Finally, the lady working the drive thru window finally saw us and asked an employee named Jalaya (not sure of the exact spelling since her name isn't on my receipt) to take our order. Jalaya walked slowly up to the counter and stood there staring at me. Did not say hi, how can I help you, what would you like to order. Nothing. I waited for her to say anything, but instead, she just stuck her neck out to indicate "what?" with a pissed look on her face like I was stupid for not telling her my order yet. So I made a point to say hi since apparently she couldn't. I placed my order, my friend ordered hers. We were dining in so we found a table and stood by it as we waited. We waited 15 minutes. It took us walking back to the counter before someone realized we didn't get food yet!
