Mcdonald's

It's dark, and it's crowded. I understand that they moved a lot of things in order to create the self-ordering stands, but it's hard to move around in, and give space to people. You are forced to rely on a tiny screen in order to see if your order is done or not, which is difficult for those who are visually impaired. The staff is not helpful on this, either, so don't even try to ask. The woman who took my order was unresponsive to any questions or my ask for a confirmation of a part of my order. I don't know if it was because of her limited English skills (if that's the case, fine! English is one of the hardest languages in the world to learn), or otherwise, but you have to make the effort to physically respond to your customer. I'll go again should I need to, but otherwise...pass.

Food was fine, service was fine. I’m leaving this review purely for the fact I hope the manager sees this. The way YOU speak to your employees is absolutely disgusting. I dined inside today for the first time in a very long time. Completely lost my appetite listening to you THE MANAGER berate your employees in front of the entire store and customers. It costs zero dollars to speak kindly to people and I will absolutely be calling corporate. You need a course on the basic etiquettes on how to speak to people especially in the work place. I’d never want to work for someone like you. And to the rest of the employees at this establishment I hope you stand up for yourself and know that it’s not acceptable on any level.
