What exactly is "freaky fast" about an order not even leaving the building until 43 minutes after it was placed? Third time this has happened for ONE sandwich with chips and a drink. In that amount of time I could have driven home and MADE a sandwich. I ordered at 12:30. My food finally left the store at 1:13... My job is SIX MINUTES from the store, and yet it wasn't finally delivered until 1:39; over an hour after I had ordered it, and more than 25 minutes after it left the building. Basically, if you're thinking about Jimmy John's for dinner, probably order around 8am. You might get it.

My family used to order here at least twice a month. Recently they have continuously gotten our orders wrong and we pretty much order the same thing every time. They will make it right when you call to complain but then 1 person gets to sit and watch the rest of their family eat while they wait. What blew it today for them was the fact that they won't honor their deal right now for $5 off $20 orders unless you order online. They won't honor it over the phone OR IN PERSON!! That makes absolutely NO sense at all!!

Last night I arrived to order something, I got there by 9pm I Google it at what time they close on this location and supposedly at 10pm. When I got there I saw the cashier and another girl still working but they had the door close. I don't know if they were really close by 9pm but they stood their and not even bother to open the door and mention anything if they were still in business. These girls don't have the enough experience of customer service I can tell they don't care about the customer so that says a lot.
