I ordered my food at 12:25 and after 2 phone calls and almost 2 hours I finally got my food at 2:10! And if that's not bad enough my bread is hard and the Lettuce looks old. You can tell the sandwich was made when I placed my order and sat there for 2 hours!

I go here for lunch very often. I LOVE to get my sandwich "unwhich" style (without bread and wrapped with a lettuce leaf) this save me a ton of calories without losing out on having a roast beef sandwich.

We came and not only were most of the walk in people not wear a mask but 2 staff did not either. I will go to the one in Dekalb because their I am safe. Not to mention the length it takes from ordering to receiving is way to long.

Every time I order it takes way too long to get my food and they almost always get something wrong as well. You have to go there in person and keep an eye on them to make sure they don't mess your sandwich up.
