Great food as usual with Wendy’s but terrible drive through service. Got my food from the pick up window and they didn’t give me the Sprite that I ordered. I asked the lady at the window about it and she rudely said that I didn’t order a Sprite. Checked my receipt and it was on there. Had to run into the building three times because they forgot my drink, straws, and a spoon for my chili.

Owner should shut down this location until he can find enough staff to run it. The service was extremely slow, they were out of several items, our order came out wrong, and fries were cold and soggy. I believe the employees were trying to make it work, there just wasn't enough of them. I get that it's hard to find employees right now, but ownership/management get an F at this location.

I had a grilled chicken sandwich, I think bacon jammer or something like it. It was delicious. The fries were good. I had a number of really tiny ones. Frosty is also really good.

Only 2 people showed up to work and drive thru was pretty full. Did a wonderful job of keeping the line moving considering how short handed they were. Had previously waited 15minutes at a Wendys in Toledo until we gave up because the line had not moved. Also very friendly and courteous under the circumstances. If I had one complaint it is the vegetables on the sandwich were ice cold but I didn't have to wait half a lifetime for "fast food". I'll take it.

Food is always good. They are a little pricey in my opinion

The guy working the window was funny and awesome wish every fast food place would have happy funny people working. And great chili.

My wife picked up food to bring home. They got the order wrong and what they gave us was black patties we couldn't eat. I tried calling the restaurant but they will not answer their phone. I very much do not recommend this Wendy's. This is what a single looks like.
