Good food with a bad attitude.
If they get 5 stars for food, they get 0 for the worst customer service ever. The delivery drivers are awesome, but ordering over the phone is a joke. They seem like they would rather be home than working. If they had any competition, with good phone skills, they would probably go out of business. Hopefully they'll learn that just because they're the only place that delivers, doesn't mean they'll always be the only place. We're don't won't forget your rudeness.

Excellent little place. Fantastic service and nice little patio. Had the burger and fries. Would recommend for others also driving through and looking for a quick tasty bite.

Pretty good place to order from for delivery. Very convenient, especially for when you're lazy to cook or go anywhere. Food is pretty good too. Have had some people be a little rude to me over the phone.

Ordered from here last night; two stars because the food and delivery were great, but the guy on the phone was very short with me and rude even though I only ordered two things. Never asked me for name or payment information, total, anything. Ive worked in customer service in the past for quite some time and this is not how you interact with customers. Not impressed. First time ordering from here and honestly probably the last.

First of all I got charged almost double for what I got, and the grinder was sooooooo soggy and disgusting I threw it away!!!!!

Older guy who answered the phone to place my takeout order was EXTREMELY rude from the start of our interaction. “That’s not how you order that” is what he told me after I asked for a BLT sub with turkey. So sorry for not knowing there is a specific way to order a simple sandwich. Definitely will not be ordering from there ever again, at least until they hire someone with a significantly better attitude toward customers.
