Boston Market

Only got a 2 start because I actually love this restaurant. But seems like this location is not busy enough so the food sits there for a while and starts getting dry. I was about to order and the girl serving is literally scraping the last of the mash potatoes out the container I ask if there’s more coming and says no. The Mac and cheese was my next choice but that looked super dry too. I asked the manager Cecilia if there’s more food coming out and the poor lady didn’t even understand me. Poor store. Such a good restaurant..

I really am passionate about the food at this establishment. But the lack of professionalism from the staff shocked me every time I went on the spot. It really is one of my favorite foods in Massachusetts. But I do not think I want to go back to the Swampscott establishment. The lack of attendance, the lack of motivation of the officials were clearly visible. The clothes were very dirty, they did not wear gloves at any time or any protection in the hair. I literally was shocked. The looks of the officials and small comments between them bothered me a lot. The food was very good but the food handling without the use of gloves was frustrating. I hope that the future management can reever these concepts.

The food great.. just as I remembered. I haven't been in that establishment in several years. I sleep when they are open, and work when they are closed normally. But the only thing I noticed, was the hike in prices. I figured since Walgreens went in the same plaza, it would attract more business, and thus maybe lower prices, but that wasn't the case. Still, the service was great and so was the food, if I work another day shift, I would gladly go again!!

Went in a Sunday afternoon around 1:30pm; wanted to order family meal with turkey but only had enough for 1/2 order so then asked for meatloaf and the same response they only had enough for 1/2 of the order. I don’t understand how this early in the day they would not have enough turkey or meatloaf when it’s an option on their menu.

Boston market is the best the only thing I wish the manager would stop ignoring my phone calls and applications because the swampscott location can use a carver who knows what they are doing and stop hiring only Spanish woman who cant use the register but are really pretty and attractive I must say anyways food is good the manager is whack and if y'all need help running the store let me know!!!
