The food is good but the employee was very rude. Who ever the black guy was that was working on 12/22/20 he did not hear me clearly at the speaker which is ok it happens on his side it sounded like his mic was rubbing on fabric so when I go to pay I repeated my order to make sure and he had it wrong but after telling him what I wanted he rolled his eyes at me and talked back at me and I wasn't even upset or said anything besides telling him the order was wrong. Plus he wasn't even wearing his mask while handling the food. I asked for my card back because I was going to leave but he ran my card anyways. I took the food and yup the order was still wrong. He needs to have special training or replace him.

Food was delicious as always. Ordering in advance online, however, was a complete disappointment. They make you come inside to get the food (which largely defeats the purpose for me). So, as I'm standing in line inside in my required mask and not-required pajama pants, I see the 3 cars that pulled up behind me in the drive through get served and leave. I thought this was fast food? I probably won't be back for a while and I'm definitely not ordering online again. Total waste of time.
