Darren is by far the most disrespectful and unprofessional individual ever! He discriminated against me as soon as I drove around to the window after telling him that I had just called and informed them I was returning so they could correct my $20 order. He stated he assumed I ate the food so he needed to see my receipt. I reminded him that I had JUST left 5 minutes and went into detail with our conversation and interaction. He still declined remembering that I had just cane through, requested hot fries with light seasoning and he thought I said with lots of seasoning. Yet, he stated he did not recall the conversation. Nevertheless, gave him my receipt and he told me to pull up and someone would bring my order. After waiting 17 minutes and watching 4 cars leave from the drive-Thru, I drove back thru the line and asked was my order ready. Darren stated “we are on a time restraint and get into trouble if we make the cars in the drive Thru wait”...I informed him that I waited the first time for 4 cars, this was my second time that I waited for 4 more cars, therefore, I should be considered a car in the drive-thru..Darren responded, “The current cars in the drive-Thru is our priority. You parked up there is not our priority”...Baffled by his response and as I was getting ready to tell him to simply refund me..he told me that they were about to start cooking my food...so after now 20 minutes, they had not started on my food order? Darren begin to grow angry, shaking his fist so I requested a manager. A guy named Darrell or similar begin to help while Darren continued to trembled in anger pacing back and forth. Then he stormed out the door. At that time, I felt threatened and locked my car doors. I watched as my order sat with no one getting it as I blew my horn. The manager returned, said he would talk to Darren. At the end, I ended up with very hard chicken fingers, overcooked fries with oil sitting in them and a French fry literally stuck thru the bread as if someone poked it Thru my toast intentionally. Finally I arrived home after 45 minutes and my family thought I had been grocery shopping.

This place is bound to close soon if they don’t change staff. On 01/09/2021 around 12:30pm the drive through lady was unprofessional kept saying huh every 3 seconds sounded like she had her mouth stuffed while talking through the drive through mic we repeated our order 4 times. The fries were burnt literally tasted like smoked burnt fries and yet they were served that way.
