Love this place. Definitely will come back next time. Everything we bought was wonderful.

The best breakfast sandwich. Huge and filling. Sour dough with scrambled egg, gruyere, and ham encased in rosemary. Grilled outside on the patio. Thanks, Ricky, for the awesome sandwich! Also had an almost croissant that was delicious. The cinnamon roll was the best ever. 👌

What a gem in Leland Michigan. The Wife and I ate there 3 times during our trip and was never disappointed. Excellent fire baked pizza's and some very good baked goods. If you're in the area it's a must stop!

Baked goods so yummy we had to go back again. The sourdough bread is fantastic and all of the pastries we had were wonderful. The almond croissants are not to be missed.

Excellent farm fresh vegetables as well as superb baked goods. We recommend it to all visitors who want to enjoy the county's local products. Their recent additions are great in terms of both the menu and the facility. We had breakfast sandwiches, one on sourdough and one on a croissant, both baked fresh on-site, and they were equally good as well as filling. Great coffee from Higher Grounds. It's a nice way to do breakfast without taking a lot of time in a restaurant. The outdoor seating is fine - they could do with more shade for the picnic tables and some dust control in the parking lot. It seemed a little odd to order the sandwiches inside the bakery and pick them up outside at the pizza oven. On the other hand we both commented that it will be efficient at the height of the July-August season when they no doubt will be slammed. The other sandwiches on the menu all sound good. The 10-inch pizzas look good, too, and they're only $15 so if you're really hungry a second pie is a reasonably priced option. They were quick to point out that the crust is their own sourdough. We left with a sourdough baguette, which has been missing in the county since a former local bakery moved into Traverse City. We also took a loaf of one of our favorite breads, sea salt-fennel, which they sliced for us. We topped it off with two muffins, a delicious lemon-poppy seed and a subtly flavored parsnip-goat cheese. We'll do the lemon-poppy seed again.

Coolest place I've ever been too! My husband and I were driving by and we were drawn in by the massive pumpkins so we stopped to take pictures. Then we discovered it was a coffee shop and they have some of the best chocolate croissants! 10/10 so glad we stopped!

They’re a bakery first and foremost so their breads, croissants, crusts, doughs, etc. are all amazing. The Goat Dog sandwich was one of the best tasting sandwiches I’ve had up north. The pizza was very good too with lots of cheese and toppings and obviously the crust was the best part. The red sauce was a tad too sweet and tomato-y for my liking, but it wasn’t bad. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area!
