Pizza Hut

Store at Peach Orchard road, Dalzell, SC. I placed an order on the app and it showed 120 minutes for delivery. I live 10 minutes away. I immediately called them to verify that time is correct. They explained it was, to my dismay. because they only had 1 driver on shift. I appreciate the assistance in canceling my order but I can't see how they are unable to afford the cost of hiring more drivers if they are so busy. I guess I'm just another customer they are losing.

TERRIBLE SERVICE HONESTLY: I get told that there are no available drivers to come on base but please explain how I'll see Pizza Hut cars on base in the same day? Also, please explain how I have to wait until AFTER I PAY FOR THE FOOD online for you guys to sit there and tell me I can't get the food. This is extremely inconvenience for anyone without a car. Speaking of which, I'm still waiting for my money back after you guys said you "canceled the order". UNPROFESSIONAL & UNACCEPTABLE. And that's not even including the times my food's been cold and/or incorrect as in missing something from my order, etc. I'm tired of this DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!

Our delivery had a two hour wait... I called and spoke to th3 young lady over the phone about the online order that was place and if they could change it to pickup! She did it with such ease! She apologized for the inconvenience due to drivers! I want to say thank you to the young lady on peach orchard rd!
