I was looking forward to a Baconator for about a week. This is what I found when I got home. Pictures are what I ordered vs what I got.

Still waiting. Wendy's upper management. Get on this. 45 min to order, rude service and homeless people panhandling. This is an embarrassment for your franchise. This is in Sumter, I will make sure that this is brought up to the owner. This is horrible.

I wasn’t a friend of Wendys before this week because I hated their fries. Since this new taste, cooking method, whatever; they did something right to stay competitive! Staff was friendly here in Sumter, SC. Had 3 separate orders in the drive through and all made it to the car with no errors or wasted time. Would return when in area.
