This is the absolute WORST burger King I've ever been too! Not only does the screen in drive through not show your order accurately, but the staff are as incompetent and rude as ever! I got two breakfast meals with coffee, asked for cream and sugar and got sweetener instead of sugar, one of which at least were open and spilled all over my car door controls. food wasn't even that fresh, and my biscuit was over cooked. Will never go here again.

They need to do a better job with the coffee, it is very weak. The Broad Street location coffee is way better. Seem they are trying to stretch the coffee, because no matter when I go there, it's always weak.

Cashier not at window to take the order, then when i place order at take out window the key pad did not work for me to enter my pin , touch pay i had to use pin to?! Needless to say i had to scrape up 35.00 in my bag to pay for my food. Never a good experience at that location.

this burger king is by far the worst in sumter. i got 2 ch'kings and there was barely ANY sauce on them.

Nobody beats Burger King charbroil taste which make it a one of a kind restaurant. They have a friendly staff and even when the drive thru line is long, they move pretty swiftly.

Always love burger king,the food is always good , except,the meat was not fully cooked,just like warm ,if you understand..they need to turn the flame up ....
