The cook was amazing! Everything was perfect. I had the Texas toast bacon, egg and cheese with hashbrowns. My husband had the All Star breakfast. Super yummy!

My husband and I have been coming to this location for years, it has always been the cleanest, friendly, amazing food, just overall awesome. We will go out of our way to come to this location. We have noticed the service here has gone down hill big time. The last 2 times we have visited our food has been messed up, either undercooked, burnt or missing items. When we have brought it to our servers attention, they apologize and say that they will get it taken care of but never do. We went in tonight. There were 3 people working, there was NO ONE in the restaurant. We were the only customers. Places our orders, they gave my husband sausage when he asked for bacon. My sandwich the bread was burnt and dripping in grease, my side of bacon was half burnt and the other half raw. We will not be returning to this Waffle House ever. Very disappointed we have been coming here for 7 years. If they were slammed with customers or extremely short staff we could understand but this is uncalled for. The language they were using, I have no issues with foul language, I can make a trucker blush, when you have customers/guests in your establishment you do not speak that way. Its unprofessional, and to have a server who is not your server to come up to your table and interrupt your meal to show off a purse you just went and bought at Goodwill down the road, we watched her get on her scooter and go across the street. Definitely we will not ever go back.

This Waffle house is amazing the servers are the best they get us what ever we need. I go here every Saturday with my little brother and grandmother and they always get our stuff exactly the way we want it. The waffles are amazing just today I went and they changed out the plating to make the waffles and made them a perfect Fluff it was amazing. They are a 10 out of 10.

I definitely recommend this place. The staff was very friendly and attentive in making sure I was taken care of. I had the pork chops and eggs platter and it was great and so was the service. One of the other customer anonymously paid for my meal. Will look to pass it on.

Our visit was going well at first, but then it became unpleasant and was no longer family friendly. The language being used by a certain employee was inappropriate and foul. The music they started playing from their own speaker was also not family friendly nor was it appropriate for a family trying to have dinner.
I live very close to this Waffle House and I will have to wait a few months before I think about going to this specific Waffle House. Hopefully a new batch of employees or management will know how to act and create a friendly and welcoming environment.

Walked in, sat down, completely IGNORED, and then a customer who walked in after us was acknowledged and served. Long version: I have been coming here for close to a year about once a month. The food has always been good and the service very attentive. I always tip well, usually $20-30 on a $12 ticket because I enjoy being generous. I asked a friend to join me at this location as it's one of my favorites. We arrived around 7:30pm on Monday 28March2022. We walked in, sat at the "bar" section. There was one table that had already been served, one that was having their order taken, and then us. Nothing on the grill so I hoped we'd be served quickly. We were not greeted, acknowledged, asked if we wanted drinks. There were 2 servers and 1 cook. One blonde female server was chatting in the corner, the cook was just standing at the griddle waiting, also starring at us, and there was one pink haired server taking someone else's order. We probably sat there 3-4 minutes without anyone saying a word. Then another customer walked in and sat down at the other end of the bar two seats down from us. The blonde waitress walked up and immediately asked him "hey hun, what can I get ya?" I felt utterly disrespected at an establishment I've frequented many times and been very courteous and generous with. To be fair the only person I recognized was the cook who had previously been a relatively new server. So I'm not sure if it's just a staff turnover issue or what. But I won't be going any time soon. Me and my friend have NEVER had that kind of service at a Waffle House. If they had been very busy with every seat full I would've chalked it up as an honest mistake, but it was completely dead in there.

Zero stars.
Placed an order online. Get down there and lights are off. Nobody in store. No cars in parking lot. Waffle house is not suppose to close, expect during hurricanes.
Now I have to file a claim to get my money charged back to my CC
